App continuously freezes
I have to delete the app after using it a couple times. On the third or fourth use it freezes. Very annoying
APP Easy to Deal with the company not so much
Bought a firearm on sale and the same day I got the card, I got discount from having the card and was told that I would get a discount later or just call the customer service. I didn’t got the discount and the store doesn’t return firearms to sell again to apply the discount so the manager called the company and until this day they keep telling me to “check next week” and I never got the discount

App turns off music
App turns off audio/music whenever a new app session is launched
Server access disableled
The app was fine up until the last IOS update and now the app states that it's has issues accessing the server each time. So not sure if it's just an update needed for the app to be compatible with the new update or if there is a bigger issue and the server was hacked.
App problems
I had the app for a few months. It was working great. All of a sudden I can login anymore. I have Norton antivirus/malware on my phone. Norton says the app is unsafe to use. Any help on this? Hard/software need reformatting and debugged? It won’t even let me login using the app.
2000’s design?
Come on, an app that doesn't allow you to use a password manager like LastPass? I can't even copy and paste the password. And why can I not view my rewards cards? They force you to carry around a barcode that will inevitably be forgotten.
Military Star Card App Issues
The app worked great for a month. Recently I started receiving an unsafe site prompt from my Norton software. The app displayed an error saying network issues. I deleted the app , rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app but with no success. I know the Norton software is solid because all my other apps work fine! Please fix this issue as it was great paying quickly through the app!

Not working
I had to go to the website for payment. Did a payment thru the app just before it stopped working and never showed up.
Doesn’t work
I have used this app for years with no issue but lately I cannot login. I get a “cannot connect to network” error. I have deleted and reinstalled with no joy. All other apps work fine on my phone and I can log in from my computer with no issues. Not sure what happened!!
Recommended Changes
Allow the app to work in landscape mode.
Allow the app to work when using split screen.
