Beyond mediocre
One of the worst and outdated apps I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to use. Continuous log in errors (but can log in through browser). Does not display account page. No automated chat options.
Please add Apple Wallet functionality
I am able to log in with Touch ID on my iOS device, but wish I could have access to my card in Apple Wallet. I live in an area hundreds of miles from any exchange or commissary, so never cary the physical card on me. It would be nice to be able to pay with my Star Card when I randomly travel to an area that has them.
Aside from that issue, I’m happy I can at least pay my bill from the app.

Doesn’t Work In App
I can login into my account online but the app says my credentials are wrong. This is crazy I can’t use the app at all and would prefer to so I don’t have to use the internet. Can you fix this issue or do I have create a separate login for the app?

Thanks so much for proving this useful tool. It really same me time. So far it has and is a great benefit for me.
What’s with the randomly removing and restricting debit cards?
Why is my main debit card being randomly removed and restricted from being able to make payments? My main debit card is literally just fine. Thank goodness I had another debit card I could use in order to make payments. Please unblock my main debit card and let me make payments on that one!
Why is the app rated 17+?
Why is the app rated 17+? I can’t access it because I have restrictions on. Seriously though why? all other banking related apps are rated 4+ but not this.
Bad
I downloaded, put in my credentials and nothing, tried several times to no avail. Got concerned that App is a hack or developer is cheapest they could find, so quickly signed in on internet to change password. App is not trustworthy... got really concerned when I read this on app...

Still buggy
I have an iPhone 7 and I just downloaded the app. The challenge I’m having is whenever I go to enter my password, the Field for the password is blocked so I can’t see what I’m typing.
When I login via the web it works perfectly but whenever I try to login with the app it is difficult because I can’t verify what is being typed on the screen.

Login issues
I really hate writing reviews but this app is horrible. I have changed my password 8 times this month because I think I forget my password. I add a new one and it was the one I was using. I just put in a new password save it and then try to relogin and it says information doesn’t match. I LITERALLY JUST UPDATED IT!!

Good, but give us Apple Pay
Myself and many others request that Apple Pay be added so when I go into the exchange I can tap my wrist and rack up debt faster than fellow my fellow airmen
