Super Convenient but could have more

I’ve been long awaiting the day Military Star Card came out with an app to make card payments by phone and I love that it’s finally happened. Only thing I’m confused about is are the rewards going to be strictly mobile from now on? Or are $20 rewards gift cards, for example, still going to be sent? If so, is there a plan to allow us to update our billing address in the app?

Thank you for reaching out! At this time, reward points will continue to accumulate and cards will be mailed. The mobile app allows you to track your points and how close you are to earning a $20 reward card! In regards to updating a billing address, that functionality is still available on MyECP.com; however, we will look into the possibility of integrating that feature on the mobile app.

Password manager

Why doesn’t this app allow the login information to be stored with a password manager like the one imbedded into the IPhone settings! Not everyone wants to use face recognition or Touch ID. Please fix this, until then I’ll stick with the webpage!

I concur worst app ever!

I would really believe no one or very few people use this app( if even possible to log on) to conduct business with the online exchange. Seems beneficiaries just login on internet because mobile app is broken and not a viable or convenient solution. Not hard to believe in this day in age that hard earned beneficiaries dollars are not being spent properly again or the product properly vetted or verified in good working order. What ever happened to quality control, I guess it would explain a lot of the problems in the headlines lately. And I guess no one really cares anymore. P.S. don’t attach any response to this review like the others unless it includes a list of all people responsible for this cluster called the military star app.

Damaged

Your app is broken. I can’t even log into my account. I changed my password and everything but I still get, oops something went wrong and can’t log in. I haven’t touched my star card since I got out of the military but I still have to pay it off, NO WHERE on the website or this app can I find the option to make a payment and I’ve tried FOR A LONG TIME! I’m convinced you don’t want your money back smh

Just downloaded the app so no issues so far. We shall see. I mainly got it so I can make payments and keep track of my account as I go.

Needs one more thing

The complaint the user had on 6 January is fixed!! Yay, now can we get the card in Apple Wallet? Also can the rewards be loaded onto the app for use or just show up at the register so that the card owner can be asked if they want to use the rewards at that visit. I shouldn’t have to leave the register and go to customer service, if I forgot the card. For just general use, the app is good now that the TouchId debacle is fixed.

Face ID still does NOT work

Face ID needs to work!!!! Sent several messages, called - no one seems to actually care

Just updated -ALERT failed to connect back end services. What’s the point if this useless app & developers NEVER respond.

UPDATE deleted app and reinstalled- Face ID working now !!!👍👍

Outstanding app!

This app far surpassed my expectations with the ability to quickly sign in with my fingerprint, check my balance and pay my bill, all within a responsive and intuitive design. Great work AAFES!

Everything seems to work fine for me but being able to pay on your account. It keeps saying “sorry something went wrong” tried closing the app, deleting The app, restarting my phone and all but nothing.
