Great App
I love this app, it is easier to pay through the app then on the computer or in person. However, I wish there was a way that allows notifications via text or email about payment confirmation, due date and set a reminder of when to pay and when posted. Overall it is a great app and I have had very little issues with this app. Thanks

I could provide a better review if the app would even load. At watching a wheel spin for 15 minutes before I logged into the internet version. What’s the point of an app that you can’t even use?? About as reliable as naval medicine.
Love it when it works
I’ve had this app for about a year maybe two. In that time, I’ve had to uninstall it several times. Almost every time I go to open it, it just sits there trying to load. Can you guys seriously fix this? I like being able to pay through the app and have had to call in my payment.
Does it ever work?
I have had this app for at least a year probably much longer.. It has only worked twice. Every other time it just spins. I have to go and log into the browser website. What is the point of the app if it’s not going to work?
Room for Improvement/But Not Bad
Just started using the app recently, as a new cardholder. Logging in with Touch ID seems to be fixed from the last review I saw, but is there a plan in place to enable ApplePay using that same Touch ID feature?
Personally would much rather see this be setup rather than having to put in my bank information.

Inoperable
Is anyone else having the issue on their iPhone where the App will not open? Just stays on the opening screen. Been like this for more than a month now.
Log in is funny
For some reason why I log in on the ap it says my information is not correct but when I just use safari it works fine, I’m also not able to get the Apple wallet option.... good try but still needs work.
All it does is load
When I first downloaded the app it was great and convenient. But now all it does is load. It never passes the logo intro. I have tried reinstalling it. I’ve tried rebooting my phone but still get the same results.
Why no iPad app?
I have to agree with the many other users who do not like iPhone apps on the iPad. That is the singularly most irritating thing in an app on the iPad, not being able to use the complete set of features and functions that come with the iPad over the iPhone.

Unable to log into my account. Works fine logging in through the browser. Yet another bug that needs to be fixed.
