Good start
App has some nice features but it is so feature rich it makes adding and removing wine quickly a pain. It would be nice if you had a home page button for add a bottle and one for remove a bottle that makes it quicker and intuitive.
It would also be nice to have a way to submit recommendations or questions in the App. Also it would help to have a path to add a bottle that the app does not recognize.Show lessYubaOkieDude
Excellent Product!
I’ve been looking for a while for an app like this and I’m thrilled to have found InVintory! I have a 750 bottle walk-in wine cellar and this product is exactly what I needed for tracking, valuing and management of my collection! Cheers! RNNumbnipples

Very useful app!
Overall I like this app. I was able to enter ~100 bottles quickly using the photo scanning. Manual entry of bottles not recognized could be improved as could adding additional bottles of wine already in the inventory. I found having two fridges very useful and I carefully entered specific rack location for each bottle. Initially thought this information was gone, maybe as a result of an update which I found very disappointing and inconvenient. However, after exploring app more found that bottle location information was not completely lost, just not displaying where I expected to find it. Updating review/adding a star. I have had many cellar managing apps but InVintory is by far the best by far. I accidentally lost all bottles in my cellar and freaked out. Sunday morning I left a message. With in minutes I received calls from two off the engineers who assured me they would take care of it not to worry. Then the CEO called just to follow up. All this on a Sunday morning! Recognizes zero of my wine bottles
Had high hopes for this app - but started scanning to add my first bottles, and the app could not recognize any labels. I tried 5 different brands including Black Sage and Summerhill - both mainstream wineries available in stores and restaurants, should have been recognized. There’s no way I’m going to manually enter 80+ bottles. Glad the app was free!

We're so sorry that you had this experience. Our scanner is around 75% accurate but we understand that for a better experience we need it to be at around 95%. This is something we are actively working on. We do have these wines in our database even though they weren't picked up by the scanner and we would be happy to assist you in getting your data into the platform. Could be a useful app but comments and notes keep disappearing (from memories section) really annoying and waste of time if I can’t keep my notes

… not at $10/month nor $100/year just to visualize location in a cellar/fridge. Seems to be built for corporate use… That being said, InVintory has a clean interface and visual presentation that makes it relatively easy to use and pleasant to look at when using in “free” mode. Other than the aforementioned price, the ease of building a cellar/fridge could be improved upon by permitting the addition of same-vintage wines at a designated start point, versus confirming each position before adding the next bottle, which makes it more cumbersome.Show lessAlwaysMac

I just converted my cellar over from a spreadsheet and tags. I tried a few different apps InVintory offered the best balance of control for me with ease of setup.
I really appreciate how responsive the support team was with questions and in setting up wines that weren’t in the database. I am excited to see cellar visually in the app and not have to deal with hundreds of tags to figure out which wine is which.Show lessM. Mazz
It’s Okay…
I live in Napa and frequent smaller, but certainly not obscure or hard to find wineries and I stopped this app after having to enter two wineries and a couple of wines just 2 shelves in to the data entry. I have an 80 bottle cooler and went with the free version, locating my wines isn’t an issue, but the AR looks pretty cool.
A couple of suggestions, it’d be nice to have an auto-fill feature instead of retyping every entry for each wine. The same auto-fill for the location of the wines. It’d also be nice to filter or select how my wines are listed in the Collection tab, I’d like to sort by location as well as name.

Hi there, thank you so much for your feedback. The auto-fill feature is a great idea, we'll see where we can add this into our roadmap. As for filters and sorting, we do already have this in the app. The filter icon next to the search bar on the collection screen will give you access to this.
