FIND INSTRUCTIONAL REVIEW
I found a review by someone and it helped me all the way through. When you get to the Alexa app process the instructions cut off in a way...carrying on from their review, you have to go to Skills and Games in the Alexa App and then search “Polygroup” and it should be the first thing to pop up with a green tree in the logo. After pressing launch Alexa should start talking about it being your first time using the “Polygroup Start Tree...” Have a good night and Merry Christmas!!

Disappointing
Has this worked for anybody?
Wont even connect
I can’t even get this app to connect to my internet. And it doesn’t show up in settings so I can’t even check it’s settings.
App is RUBBISH
Nice tree, however you will end up using the control device attached to the power cord. Not the end of the world, but clearly not what I paid for.
Doesn’t work
I was so excited that my tree could be connected to google, but then upon set up, the app doesn’t even work. What a waste. Hope they fix this sooner rather than later, but I doubt it. Buy a different tree.
App is garbage
I have spent hours reading and scouring the internet for any tips, troubleshooting etc. Polygroup has nothing to be found. Bought a “smart” tree on Black Friday. Tried connecting through both my Alexa and Google home apps, nadda. Polygroup app keeps telling me no WiFi found but ALL my other devices, phone and tablets are on my WiFi. Poor instructions, poor support, not user friendly.

App Doesn’t work
I have been struggling with this app now for a half and hour instead of decorating the tree. Don’t waste your time or share your personal data. It does not work!

Poly group app.
Very disappointed with this app. Tried to connect several times with no success. Will have to locate controller in a accessible area to use. I do not recommend and would suggest a different “tree” because of the non existence of remote operations.
It’s a joke
Don’t waste your time with this app I bought the tree spent an hour trying to get it to work called tech support tried another hour with them and that was a joke took the tree back and got my money back
