Been a great app for tracking lifting and setting up workouts. Features and changes over the year or so I’ve used it have been steady & look forward to what’s coming next.

Love the watch app, minimalistic UX, support

For years, I’ve been looking for an app like this: one that has good watch support, a minimalistic, interface, and excellent customer support, even better that there’s an option to purchase with a single payment rather than a subscription. Thanks!

Update: even happier now that it has the ability to quickly apply changes to the rest of my sets via the watch interface. For some reason, only a couple of watch workout apps have this essential feature. Now Liftin’ does too!

Best app by far

Superb lifting app. Incredibly simple to use and updates are plenty. The fact that you can enable auto progression as well as create weekly templates is fab. The synch with Apple Watch is the best I’ve seen. Also being able to modify reps and sets by range, % of RM or RIR/RPE is brilliant.

The progress charts could do with some improvement but even still it’s the best app I have used

Simple, clean and rich with features

Been using Liftin’ for a few months and I’ve become a big fan. The design is clean and easy to use, there are all the features you’ll need, and the developer is responsive when it comes to addressing issues. A big bonus is how it integrates with Apple Watch and fitness — makes my life a lot easier.

Still Great

I had been looking for this exact functionality a year ago when i found Liftin’. The amount of time and energy they have put into the flow of managing the scheduling and progression of so many workouts is mind blowing. Even the feedback email is responded to at lightening speed and with a personal response. This is a fantastic app that is continually being improved and is clearly developed and supported by a class act of a team. Thank you!

Does not sync with Apple Watch

If I start my workout on my phone it will not sync with my Apple Watch. The only way to get it to sync is to stop and discard my workout. If I don’t then notifications won’t show up on my watch. But if I do then I have to start over and go through everything I’ve done and remember how much I lifted and how many sets I’ve done. It’s a nuisance to realize 30 minutes into a workout that I didn’t start my workout through my watch, and now have to decide which way I want to be annoyed.

Powerful, well-written app

I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to design their own program as it has a load of features that facilitate the process. I especially like the ability to link the same exercise in different workouts, dropsets by percentage, exercise notes, the capability of adding RPE for any set, AMRAP and reps+ targets, and the ability to base targets on training max. There are several nice warm up / ramp up to working weight progressions that can be chosen for each lift as well.

I probably missed some but those are the ones that pop to mind.

Best Apple Watch app

Hands down the best workout routine tracker. Seamlessly works with the Apple Watch. There is a bit of a learning curve to get your first full routine configured, but once things are set up, it's amazing.

Please add support for an empty workout! Sometimes I'd like to do a workout outside of my routine and I end up not tracking it with Liftin' because the UI it a bit too cumbersome to manage for a one-off workout. I tried the workaround by setting up an empty routine, but the UI doesn't work well for it.

This app saved me!!!

I used to go to the gym all the time and never tracked my progress and always gave up. I didn’t know how to use this app at first (it’s not you it’s me 😩) but once I actually figured out how it worked DUDE!!! Seeing the progress I make in the gym is a big factor of inspiration for me and maybe it can be for you as well! I’m already -36lbs and stronger than I’ve ever been mwah you won’t regret it dear and not just this app but their activity app as well for all my cardio needs. If you need it they have it TRUST ME. Thanks apple ❤️
