Hello Disney+ I am here to complain about the ad I saw on my phone let me explain,I was on my phone showing a movie to my kids who are 2 and 6 and a PORN AD came up🤬. I have never had a problem with this app which is why I got it for my children and even I enjoyed watching movies on it until now that you added ads ,I find this very unprofessional and extremely disturbing I had to tell my children that they were just *wrestling* 🤦♀️ they’re to young to see this type of disgusting behavior on an app that should be child friendly also I would like this” ad thing “removed I don’t find it safe and I don’t find this app safe for my children to watch and why even add any ads that makes no sense and nobody asked for it and if you never added the ads my children would have never seen this disgusting porn on my phone and to be clear YES we were on disney+ and we were not on any other app we were just trying to watch Encanto and this ad pop up so please just remove the ads ,there obviously 🙄 inappropriate for children to even see and let alone watch and I don’t even wanna explain the horror on my children face when we saw two guys going down on each other so please remove the ads on this app, thank you for your time .Show lessMariah 2320
Great but add more context and fix mare bugs
I really love this app there is a lot of content I love watching shows and movies like miraculous finding Nemo and Dory Moana Rapuzals tangled adventure and some Disney junior like the lion guard and many people’s favorites like Bluey and more one day I was talking to my cousin and she said her favorite episode of miraculous was season 5 episode 14 I looked on Disney but it wasn’t there so try adding new episodes faster and maybe you should add nick jr shows like the adventure of paddington bear peppa pig and hey dugee and add more Bluey episodes I’m tiered of waiting 2 years just for new videos and they added new episodes but they are not on Disney I know some are a bit more mature for younger kids but you can just change the ratings and take it off Disney junior and add the some anime’s the haunted house and Sonic x and demon slayer and movies and shows that were good in theater like Sonic one,Sonic two, spider man, into the spider verse and the super Mario bro movie and some Mario anime’s and I love watching home alone and home alone 2 I went to Disney but I couldn’t find both of them and I went to my downloads and they were expired so please fix this and when I watch an episode or a movie and I turn my my screen around it goes into a corner and it glitches and the screen freezes and kicks me outShow lessProudParent818

Thank you for adding my childhood Bluey Manthem bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum I love the theme music thank you and I’m so happy you added scary movies because then because I love one of the scary movies can you add I forgot what it was called but it was basically Dracula and I forgot but can you add Wednesday Adam and LankyBox and built a lot of more videos and cartoons but please just don’t add Garfield and friends I hate that show but the only part is there I only like Garfield and friends because of the 12 days of Garfield S birthday it’s so funny I love that one it is hilarious thank you for adding it on the App Store because you’re just thank you for adding my childhood Bluey listen to that one more time bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum thank you and have a good day and can you add my favorite movie Demon slayer because it’s slap and if you have it watch Demon slayer go check it out at the movie theater it is so cool but it’s not that scary like it’s really cool there’s like a new episode of it and I hate the recap of it there’s just a recap ofTo demon heads they’re basically brother and sister and they just did a recap I hate that their head or their heads are basically rolling and I do not like the recapShow less@therealanibae
Horribly broken
Oh here we go again literally seconds after I write my review about how horribly made this awful app is. I try to watch something disney plus doesn’t load then it logs me out. I restart my system restart the app and I put my email and password in and somehow it’s the wrong password???????? Like where did it go what do you mean wrong password?? I pay for the literal streaming service to make sure it has my password so I can watch the content no??? You’d think this multi billion dollar corporation could muster a few brain cells to learn how to put a password system on there app that doesn’t lose it every few weeks and refuses to acknowledge your account’s existence until it just randomly works one day just because. Oh and don’t worry if you try to put in your password more than once it kicks you out of the sign in screen and won’t let you put in your email and it suggest you press the “forgot password” button even though it literally kicked you out of the screen to press said “forgot password” button. Yeah stellar app great work disney you have billions of dollars at your disposal yet 15 year old kids have made better more functioning implementations of technology in weeks than trillion dollar disney has made in years?! Why all these ads now?! Cancel and Boycott Disney+
This used to be the best streaming service. So many classic Disney movies and shows! MCU! Star Wars!! Then February 14th or 15th all the shows were saturated with ads!!!! I literally watched the first five episodes of Andor with my family February 13th ad-free. We loved it, had a great time. THE VERY NEXT DAY we tried to watch the rest of the season and every single episode had ads about every ten minutes. It ruined the experience for my family. Right there in the middle of the season. And the price stay the same! No discount, although if it’s ad-supported it should be free like broadcast television. Especially when you realize that 98% of Disney’s catalog was made before the Disney+ streaming service was ever made, so you can’t say they’re trying to recoup production costs. The reason why this is such a bad thing is ads are terrible for children. There is years of research supporting this. I tried to watch Nad Batch with my son and 10% of the entire show was advertising. Do you want your children to have 10% of entertainment they see be advertising? We immediately cancel out subscription and my wife and I both active encourage our friends to cancel for the same reason. It’s the only way to get Disney more about subscribers than shareholders. Love the app but…
The app is great but I would like to be able to watch all of the shows available in other countries like Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse or at least be able to download them when using my vpn and watch them downloaded when it’s off. I would also like to be able to screen record and screen share on mobile. Not whole movies and shows just clips I can send to family and friends. I also think the new movies from Marvel should be immediately put on Disney Plus. You can have it in theaters, I have no problem with that, but the fact that I have to wait four to six months for a movie to come out on Disney Plus is ridiculous. I don’t like to go out to theaters, especially not with the increase in prices in every aspect of it. The food, drinks, gas for the car, and tickets. Also, if y’all put the movies on Disney Plus, you’d get more profit. A lot of people would definitely want to stay home as well and putting your movies on Disney Plus would make people want to buy the subscription needed to watch it. You often don’t have the movies I like unless I turn off my VPN (we don’t live in America) and even then, you don't have some of the ones I like either 😞😞😞 like one I can’t see without paying you should have “Venom: Let there be carnage” and “Spider-Man: no way home” it’s kinda well, RIDICULOUS!!!! You also don’t have ALL the Disney movies and shows unless I go onto my dads account, but even THEN you don’t have all of them (see above!) just higher ratings! But overall, really great app, definitely recommend to people who want to watch movies and shows that are Disney, I like you can download a bunch of movies and stuff so you can watch it without WI-FI and still be able to watch the entire thing crisp and clear. I also like that you don’t do that weird thing some apps do and put shows out of order that they are supposed to go in like put the first episode in like, THE MIDDLE OF THE SERIES! But overall, very good app, amazing and I definitely recommend to everyone!Show less
amazing, but…
Disney + is a magical app, beautiful, truly. The only reason I’m giving it a one star is, pretty unreasonable but, I’m an unreadable person. Anastasia, yes the Russian princess that got turned into a movie, it’s amazing, ( watch it sometime if you haven’t already, or rewatch it. ) It used to be on Disney +, but they did something… unimaginable, they took it off the app. I don’t understand why if I’m being honest, it’s a movie that has characteristics hard to find, for example : character, plot, romance, and so much more. I remember, I was doing a thing I do every once in a while ( like every 3-4 weeks ) and that’s watching can you guess?? Hint : it’s Anastasia. When I saw it was off Disney + I had to scavenge for a way to watch it, it’s not easy, I had to buy it. It’s a pretty old Disney movie, I know you wanna keep it fresh, whatever I’m fine with that, but this, this is good, it’s historical and something every child should know, so, putting it back on Disney + would be just amazing, children, teens, even adults can be scrolling through Disney + and see it and maybe think to themselves, “ hm, what’s this??? It looks entertaining, let me watch it! “ it’ll spread around, be popular, I know I’ll watch it. So please, I’m sorry for the star’s, it’s unreasonable, but I’m desperate. Love it but could add more stuff
I live Disney! I grew up with it my whole life. But I don’t know if it’s the app or my tv or my phone because I’m getting frustrated because I wanted to watch tangled with my family but the controller ran out of battery. And it was about 10:28 at the time and if we went to the store at that time it would be closed the time we got there so we had to just use it threw our phones. First my sister tried, it didn’t work. Then I tried, it also didn’t work
At this point I was getting a little frustrated because there was no other app that had tangled on there so we tried 1 more time but it didn’t work we used the connect to tv button also multiple times it said we had to fix something in settings so we went to settings and we couldn’t find anything Related to Disney usually it would take us straight to where we need to go and what to do but no nothing worked so Disney please fix this problem but other than that the app is amazing it is perfect for kids and Disney lovers it has all the Disney movies created and there is not 1 movie you can’t think of that’s not there. Probably the worst streaming app.
We have just about every streaming app you can think of, and as much as I want this one to be my favorite, it's definitely the worst and the most unreliable. We use Disney+ every single day since we have Little's that NEED to watch Encanto on a constant loop, however myself and my husband are huge Marvel fans so we use it just as much as the kids do.
My kids lost the remote to our TV last week, and I have stripped this house bare trying to find it and can't. So we have been relying on screen mirroring and casting. Disney+ is the only app that we have that refuses to work.
When we did have our TV remote and could use Disney+ it would ALWAYS (about every 30 minutes) kick us out and tell us our internet was working. So we would just exit the app and go back in and it would be fine. We just moved into a new home and I was hoping the connection with the app would be better. Nope. It still times out about every 30 minutes and tells us there no internet connection when everything else in our house is working just fine. Basically when this happens you would have to exit the app, then return and if MIGHT start to work. The only reason I haven't deleted this app already is because my daughter HAS to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.Show lesssemi-stayathomemom
