New Bike
All my children, (adult) and their spouses, brought me a new bike for Father’s Day. As we go to the shore the first week in August, I started riding it there (took a little to get started) when I returned home I continued to ride at least 3 times a week, but my first ride at home I ran into a friend and he told me about an app, he uses. I checked it out and it cost per year, but I discovered that cannondale had an app, I downloaded it, scanned the serial number of bike and have been using ever since. I really enjoy it and showing my friends and family what I have accomplished. I recommend this app! Enjoy the ride!!!Show lessMD1076
Smartsense App bugs
I have a new Synapse Carbon 2 RLE and have been having issues with the Smartsense and the app. First, the system does not always start and only after multiple stops and take the battery in and out does it work. Second, the lights automatically default to the most power hungry setting and when I open the app on my phone to adjust the setting, it frequently seizes. Battery light at the default setting is less than 3 hours. When it works, it’s great but these quirks are annoying. On another subject, I realized that the Ultegra Di2 battery life is only about 600 miles, not 6 months.Show lessCarversvillian

The functions in the app are nice but it tells me to update the wheel sensor and every time I try the process fails. Doing everything just as the instructions say but fails each time. Troubleshooting guide didn’t help either.Kkkkhyte
PLEASE ADD DARK MODE
Great app. Very detailed but it’s missing a key feature. It needs dark mode for night riding! If they added “pure dark mode” to take advantage of OLED screens ability to turn off pixels, this would significantly save battery and not burn your eyes at night. No watch app
This would be a 5star app if it had WatchOS supportkgclean
Version : 4.1.0.
After a year the App stopped displaying trips even though it showed that it was sync. Changed battery , updated the firmware and deleted/ reinstalled App and contacted support but they have not replied in more than a week! Either the sensor is bad or there is a bug in the App? 🤨AJ672021

Cool app, but subpar data integration
I haven’t had any issues with this app (so far), but it would be nice if it gave you a settings option to have your cycling ride data automatically be exported into Apple’s built-in Health/Fitness app! This would result in making it easier for the user to view more of their fitness data in just one place (rather than having to go through multiple apps to see all of their exercise history/trends).Show lessDannythadon99

Hi! Version 4.2.0 of the app introduces Apple Health sync. Go to Settings > Connected Apps to enable it. Once enabled, rides recorded on the Cannondale App or Wheel Sensor can be sent to Apple Health automatically. You can also record rides with an Apple Watch and they will be imported into the Cannondale App. Please contact support@cyclingsportsgroup.com if you have any questions.
