  • It Stinks

This app is worthless. Hard to believe it was developed by a bicycle manufacturer. You are much better off buying a standard cycle computer. Those will record your average speed, trip A/B, individual resets, etc. This app will not. Your own computer will also keep your data local on itself, and not require a login and internet connection. This app will not. What a shame that I need this app to use the nice, built in wheel sensor that came with the bike. I wish some other company would develop an app to take advantage of it.

  • Terrible

This app needs a lot of work. When you’re riding and stop for a min then start riding again it starts a whole new ride. It doesn’t continue with the ride you’re on so you’ll have 4 or 5 different rides on the same day. Even when it’s really only ONE ride. That is if it works. Sometimes it will be working for 10 miles then you stop and it never starts up again. During one ride I spent a good 15 mins trying to get the app up and running after it stopped working for no reason. Nope didn’t work. I logged out logged back in, I foreclosed the app...I tried everything to no avail. What a waste of time and the accuracy isn’t great either.

  • Needs work

App worked flawlessly until yesterday when it randomly stopped syncing. After hours of troubleshooting everything I could think of (deleting the device/app/bike, restarts, resets), I am stuck with a sensor that does not even connect to the app anymore am out $50. Hopefully their support is able to better assess what next steps I can take as I’ve only had this for about a week and the longevity of this is seriously being considered.

  • Not seeing sensor

I have a new SuperSix EVO Hi-Mod and the app will not see the sensor and keep track of mileage or hours do that I can keep maintenance on track as intended. I do love all the other features such as keeping bike fit information and the manuals.
Called Cannondale about the sensor issue and was told it is a know issue that should have been fixed with this last update but it was not.
If they can get that fixed it will be 5 star app.

  • Very disappointed

This app is really not state of the art. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. You certainly have to open it so it tracks and even then it sometimes only starts half way in. The scale is so broad that you cannot really see the exact mileage. It also doesn’t show any other metrics like average speed. The duration of the ride disappears as soon as the bike stops and is gone forever. The ride often also only appears days later! I am no app geek but thoroughly disappointed by this one.

  • Very good, but a few minor issues.

My wife and I recently bought two Treadwell 2’s that came with the wheel sensors. The app was really easy to install and use. I’ve really enjoyed using it and find it to be a good motivator. Unfortunately, my wife has had issues with hers. First, the app recognized her bike as the wrong model, color and size. Next, the app recognizes her sensor, but it refuses to record any data. I don’t know that either of these issues are problems with the app itself. My bike shop was able to get the data issue fixed. We’re still working on the other issue.

I’ve notice a few minor issues when using the app:

    1) About one out of every 10 rides seems to get lost and never shows up in the ride list.

    2) The bar graph that shows total miles ridden per day seems to be using UTC time rather than local time. Evening rides always show up in the bar for the following day.

My only other comment would be that I’d like to see more integration with the health/activity apps. For example, a ride should be added to my daily exercise tally. This omission is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars.

    Otherwise, great app!
