  • Poor service

    Wifi connection keeps going out and not consistent. Our house is small and the connection is not stable.

  • Worst sign in experience

    App keeps logging me out every time I open it, add a feature to remember not just username but password as well.

  • Adding devices / tracking devices

    This app used to be so good/easy to use. Every new device added to my household the app would prompt me to assign it. I’d assign it, and no problem. Now each time I add a new device I get the same prompt to open the app, I do and I have to sign in. When I sign into my account the app has forgotten why I was opening it and I can’t assign the device it prompted me about. It’s totally useless now. I don’t mind signing in but it should still bring up the device in question automatically to let me deal with it then just a generic new session. Useless!

  • Not working lately

    This app is hit and miss. I use the parental controls to pause my kids devices, and the unpause/pause is persnickety. It doesn’t always work, doesn’t unpause. It usually has a confirm after you ask to unpause, but that doesn’t come up any longer. It used to work well, but recently it’s lagging or stalling out, making it unreliable and frustrating.

  • Garbage ignite

    This is the worst piece of technology ever known to man just pure garbage do not recommend at all to no user u will lose your mind, ROGERS DO BETTER
  • port forward setup is broken

    The drop down list of connected devices is capped at 9 devices. I see that i have 29 connected devices from within the app, so there’s definitely more than 9. i think the developers need to review this.

  • Can’t sign in on iPhone 11

    Why can’t I sign in. I can in safari.

    Edit: When I contacted support they had a similar issue. Looks like they app sever was temporarily down. After trying for a few hours, I eventually got it
