Since getting this we lose connection just about every day. Sometimes for a few minutes sometimes it’s off and on for hours. It’s out again now. It’s a pain and not recommended.Can’t sign in

The app is functional but not the best. I know it’s free, and I don’t know the process required to build an app, but for a multi-billion dollar company like Rogers, I expect a LOT more in their front end user experience.

When ignite goes offline, then the app does not work. You cannot reset the box when not connected to the wifi. No connection to box remotelyDeveloper Response
Thanks for the app review. The modem must be online for the app to see/connect to the modem. When the Internet goes offline, it's most likely a signal issue etc., so you can try a manual reboot. However, when the modem is online and you notice a degraded performance etc., you have the option of rebooting the modem through the app. We appreciate the feedback, it's quite helpful to keep improving the app experience.
