  • Needs updated more often

    This app has been very useful but it definitely needs updated more often. I’ve tried reaching out to my company but they don’t seem to have any idea how to get in touch with whoever does that either. Before this last update, it let me flex multiple hours weeks in advance. Now it only allows flex swap in the early hours but the rest is UTO. Also the biggest problem I’ve run into with the last update is a glitch where if you flex swap with yourself, sometimes it will add hours to your schedule for later in the day that you did not select. I have an issue with that. Causes a lot of stress and headache. Another reason this app is not in my good favor is it no longer allows me to give away hours to anyone else on my team when I used to be able to do that.
    Again, I have reached out to my managers about this to report it to EEM but they have not done anything about it.

  • App stopped working 2 weeks ago.

    Update- developer emailed me and is working to get this corrected, so far no fix to this, it’s been since 8/14 that the app does not open.

    I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app countless times. I’ve had this app on my IPad and used it for over 2 years. All of a sudden when it opens there is a blank screen. It has the blue trim of the app on top but that’s it. In reached out to my employer and they said it should work. I have the latest update on my iPad. I don’t know what to do - I really need to use this app daily for my work schedule. Please help.

    Hate this app. When my co workers send hours threw the app that they want to give away, it’ll send me a notification to my email. But when I try to open the app and go to the notifications on it to approve the hours to pick up, it don’t load and constantly says “sorry something went wrong, please try later” so I can’t pick up hours on it. Called my job and they said it’s nothing they can do because they don’t own the app and reach out to developer of the app. God knows whoever that is.

  • No longer even logs in

    App dosnt allow you to log in anymore.
  • Buggy

    The app is great when it works properly. The issue I keep having is notifications stop being sent sometimes and there is no dependable way to get them to be sent again. Sometimes logging out and back in helps or deleting the app and redownloading but currently I’ve been stuck missing important notifications because I have not been able to get them to show up again this time.

  • A widget would be nice

    I think this app would be a lot more helpful if it added the ability to be a widget or to be able to add it to our iPhone calendars. Instead of having to open the app and wait to load my schedule I’d much prefer if I could just check the widget to see my shift for that day, or the next day I work.
  • Loading issues

    Sometimes the loading issues make this app useless. When we are away from our work stations we rely on the app. I tend to not use it as it is intended because of this. Otherwise it is very useful for me to have this on the go. I would give it 5 stars if it would load properly.
  • Needs work

    Gives you option to setup face of but everytime you try to open app you have to go through the process of manually signing in. Defeats the purpose of that feature. Once you figure out how system is setup I guess it’s ok to submit schedule changes but is not the most user friendly. Really wanted to love this but it seems to be extra work instead of convenience

  • Great—if you don’t need it.

    Updated a year later: Dropping from 2 stars to 1. This is a great app when it works, but it’s so laggy or crashes that it fills me with rage when I’m trying to view my schedule or make changes. Not the mindset I want headed into a long shift with customers. I a thousand percent wish my company would drop this to go with another app. I work for a Top 5 retail company, you’d think the app would be invested in fixing glitches for such a huge client.

    Original: Works great to just see my schedule—but any time my company offers either voluntary time off or overtime, this app bogs down, takes forever to refresh or stops working all together, and the slots disappear before I can grab them. Frustrating and worthless to me.
