    This app does need to be a little bit updated!! I like my work desktop app and how they updated it there. If it can be tweaked up and more advance on mobile app! It would be great!!! Other than I like it :)
  • App times out after you login every single time

    I am able to login but every single time it says timed out and to login again, and it just repeats that same loop over and over. I have the latest iOS and the latest version of the app. Only the website for computer desktop actually works. This is a horrible app can’t even use it
  • Probably not the programmer’s fault alone

    Sometimes I can’t log on. Sometimes I can’t log off. Either way I can’t change my schedule. The only use is to check when my lunch time is, so I have it 2 stars.

    Edit: It’s been months since I wrote this. I no longer even use this to check my lunch. Fewer and fewer of my coworkers use the program. I got an email today from the EEM asking for my login info and company name. I have seen emails back and forth between our IT and EEM. I’m not getting involved when people paid to fix these things can’t solve it. Taking away a star as we’ve had the program for almost a year and it still doesn’t work.

    Recent-app was updated and now works. Thank you

    Had to download the update to view my schedule and now nothing works. Very frustrating when this is the only way to see my schedule when I’m not working.

    Terrible app, barely works, so glitchy. Make it easier not harder for employees.

  • Needs improvements

    I feel like you should not have to log in every time you access this app even on locked devices we have Face ID pass words anyways. We should be able to set up notifications when a new activity is up happening and being able to accept overtime should not be set up in the current format.
  • Swap shifts

    Not real time synced with with the slots available for time off or time to exchange shifts.
    If it’s a last minute need to swap shifts, chances is it’s going to be rejected automatically.
  • FaceID?

    Seriously needs some work, the fact you have to manually log in every time is such a pain please add touchID/FaceID to the app, also most times I go on the app I get ‘sorry something went wrong’ I’ve resorted to printing paper copies of my rota.

  • Barely works

    I legit haven’t been able to log on in over 3 days n I’ve reinstalled n installed it again. This app is slow n just embarrassing. It’s always glitching n takes me forever to log in because of some problem with the capture box for password, I can never see next months schedule even though it’s 2-3 days away. This is used by major companies n should have a much better user experience than this. I guess I should be mad at my job for making us use this application when they are top tier company.

  • Was working fine then they broke it.

    It worked for what I needed since the roll out, however the update today made it so it now doesn’t work at all. I open the app and immediately get a message saying something went wrong and try again. I’ve closed it and tried, over and over, and it’s useless now. Hopefully they fix this bug soon.
