  • I love it!

    Specifically the fact that I know at any given moment whether I can take time off or add extra hours to my schedule knowing my request are pre approved! The fact that I don’t need to wait for my manager to approve it or not is so convenient!
  • Much better than screenshot

    This app is so much better than taking screenshots of my schedule before leaving for the day. I didn’t have access to even view my schedule if I wasn’t at my computer, and now I can do so much more. Even helped me to move my shift so I could do a Facebook pickup during lunch without needing to rush. Latest update fixed issue with unexpected error.

  • Awful App

    Typing password and username in everytime is a big no no
  • App always freezes

    The app does not open and gets stuck on the login page

  • Useful when it actually works

    I like the app very user friendly and easy to use but most of the time it takes forever to load at certain times of the day not sure if you are just not able to make changes to your schedule during certain times but it doesn’t even open it stays on the blue main screen, otherwise when it does actually open up and work it’s wonderful!

    No support for Touch ID of Face ID, have to constantly login. Please offer these log in options to eliminate the need to constantly have to log in.

    On the notifications when a shift has been changed it would be very helpful if the change was detailed in the notification rather than just being told it’s been changed, why not have all that detail in the notification to save users having to then go through all the dates to see the changes.

    The details of what was changed should also be included in the email and text that get sent.
