Pretty nice app
It’s a pretty nice app; you have face-ID to login and can actively manage your schedule on the go.
It does have some issues with crashing and occasionally it logs me out even though I have the options selected to stay logged in and face-ID; when that occurs you do have to re-enter all your info.
But overall, it is a good app that is consistently updated.Show lessAJK.AK

EDITED - per developer’s request, I deleted and reinstalled the app. That corrected my issues. Changed to five stars. Thank you!!
App used to worked great and never had any issues until this most recent update. Now, when I tap to open, I get an empty screen and it just sits there. I use this for work and this is now very frustrating. Please correct and soon.Show lessBarbR

Iti is a great and simple app, except the most recent update it crashes 4 times and then i can get in the 5th time. But overall still really good app easy to navigate and all the features and everything really good.dhvanilpatel
Useful but need clearer information
I work for Discover financial and we use a system. I wish that there were more clear instructions on how to use it pretty much download it and it’s not in my phone and I wasn’t able to figure out how to use it until recently.kjs2894

Useful but has glitches
My schedule changes several times a day. It would be very helpful if I was alerted every time there is an update, whether the change was requested by me or changed manually by my manager. Also, would like to have the option to stay logged in, and a remember me checkbox. I love the Face ID it works every time. Con: the “Request absence” in this app has stopped working entirely several times, requiring me to delete the app and reinstall. After reinstall it requires setup with information only provided by my employer. Without that info the app is useless. Tech needs to put some more attention into this app. Especially considering the sensitive nature of its use, and the fact that this can effect an employees attendance record and policies and procedures. I can’t afford for it to glitch at the wrong time. Ultimately I am held accountable and at the mercy of this app.Show lessKat_trina27

Worst app ever. Suppose to make out life’s easier w out work schedule being able to edit and process VTO but you will get notifications and there is never any time slot available. When there is and you try to select it, always gets processed as not available so you lose out on it. So slow toodnidbsian

No option to stay signed in?
It’s a decent app but why do I have to sign in every time I open it? Is that intended or a bug because if there is no option to stay signed in I think there definitely should be something like that. Maybe use faceid to protect the stay signed in option. It’s a decent enough app but I don’t like to sign in every single time I want to check my schedule. And I’ve tried all basic troubleshooting and nothing has helped so far nor do I see any setting for it.Show lessDeathRay2x96
