  • Terrible App for how important it is

    I am a supervisor at the place i work at. This app is extremely important and vital to my job and it is constantly slow or doesnt let me access at all which is unacceptable. I have far less important apps that handle more information that work with no problem but this service that our jobs actually pay for us to use is slow and outdated. Fix this issue i will be escalating to my leaders to hopefully change our platform.

  • Constant and consistent bugs

    It looks like it’s been about 7 months since the last software update, which makes sense given the bugs I have constantly and consistently encountered since first having to download this app for work. I think the concept is phenomenal, but even after you get over the duplicate notifications and other inconveniences, there are SO many technical issues. Sometimes when I log in the wrong 2 week timeframe is selected, sometimes I move straight past the schedule view altogether into my SSO (which I shouldn’t have access to from my personal device) and all of the time the app is slow. I would LOVE to see some meaningful updates solving the problems afflicting users, rather than some flashy or exciting new “feature.”

  • Convenience

    Our schedules are updates every two weeks. Even though ai work the same shift. It’s convenient to be able to request time off when out of the office instead of having to wait until I’m in the office and having to send a request to my supervisor.
  • Not working

    I keep having to delete and Reinstall but now all I get once logged in is a blue screen thought it might be my device but I’ve also downloaded it on to my iPad and still doing the same thing can you please fix this
  • Option to add schedule to callender

    It’s a shame you can’t add your schedule to the Callender on your device I have my schedule manually added as I use a 2 week rotation but sometimes when my shifts change it’s hard to check without logging onto my work laptop, would be a nice addition
  • Unreliable

    I sincerely do not understand why any company would pay to use this program. It is way too buggy to be released for large scale use. I can only get it to load well enough to apply for VTO MAYBE 10% of the times I try to apply when it’s offered. Half the time it won’t even let me see my schedule or to see if there’s VTO or OT available, let alone apply for anything. And most of the time if it does show available, it freezes when I try to submit the request and by the time it unfreezes, the time is gone. Awful program. Needs a lot of work to get it to run smoothly consistently.

    Can’t request UTO unless it is “available”. This new system is trash. Bring back us being allowed to request UTO for any time we want. Us being able to “volunteer” time off based on the companies needs is dumb. Everything is always based on their needs what about our needs as the front line employees making stuff happen. I shouldn’t be required to use PTO to have a day off. That should be reserved for vacation. Not sick days. And you can’t request a day off without PTO unless you call in which counts against you. You can’t win with this system.

  • Not working

    It doesn’t work after entering the activation key.
  • Useful but pretty buggy

    The app does function as it says, but there are few bugs/designs that are not great. First is the face scanner login, which on my phone does not work. It scans my face and then takes me to the enter password screen, so it is kind of useless. My second criticism is about swiping on a ”Time off/extra hours” time window. You are supposed to swipe the little bars left or right, but the area is VERY small and is very easy to miss with your finger. I personally have to attempt like 10 times. So just a few pieces of feedback I have!

  • Needs work

    When it works, it’s great! But the last month or so it’s been glitching way too much. Even though I have it saved to do a biometric login, it still makes me enter my ID and password each time. It’s not showing my schedule. Half the time the app won’t load at all. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app several times. Sometimes that helps, most of the time it doesn’t. Just been very frustrating lately. The last few updates just seem to be making things worse, not better.
