  • I love it!

    I love the ability to not only slide my shifts earlier if I need to, but I love that I can adjust my time off to be either partial or all day, and it’s done almost automatically! It has really saved me when something comes up and I need to adjust

  • The idea is there but…

    I think, like for many others, this app is more annoying than calling the batt line.
    Not only does it lag but even the most simple feature don’t work half the time.
    I had a day that I needed to call in and it didn’t registered and then I get an email from work saying I was a no call no show.
    Even the Change Work Hours isn’t working dying that I’m not configured to use self service? And work tells me otherwise

  • Voiceover accessibility needed

    This app was assigned to me to be used for work purposes. However I am visually impaired and use the screen reader voiceover. The app needs to be made to be accessible with the voice over software. The only thing I am able to do is look at my schedule and not much else.
  • Very user friendly

    I love that I can make trades and pull up my schedule. I wish I could log in with Face ID though

  • Trade with agent rarely works.

    Not sure where the problem comes from but seems impossible for me to use the “trade with other agents” option. It only loads and loads but never opens it. Everything else is fine.
  • It’s not working

    It’s not working it doesn’t show me anything at all! My employer has been advised and they tell me I need to wait till it gets fixed by app it self? It’s been two weeks already and still no one can get it fixed! What’s the point of having this application if we can access our account to see our information or that’s there isn’t anyone to fix the issue!

  • All functions not accessible

    I wish all of the functions were accessible as they are online. At this moment I can’t even access them online either. This option is not available to you. That’s my error message when logging in.
  • My Schedule, My Time!

    I like this app a lot I would give it 5 stars if it updated in real time with my IEX. Every so often, my schedule differs from what it truly is. Also, it would be nice if I could use my biometrics to log in, instead of having to use a secondary push factor. Otherwise, it’s perfect! :)

    Rarely works, trades rarely come through, updates are slow and rarely come through.

  • Great app in theory

    It often lags and is not responsive at times. I’ve had to delete and reinstall it three times as it just stops logging in altogether at times. It would be a great app if it was more stable and reliable.
