Lots of empty promises
This app was presented to us by our company as the best thing ever. Swap shifts with yourself or other people, take yourself off schedule, request time off, etc, etc. The app can’t do any of that. It said I’m not configured for trades or swaps. When I go in to the change my schedule feature it only shows me the week that just ended and today’s date not the days that I am showing on the main schedule. I used to be able to see my current week and the following weeks (so long as the schedule was published) and see which days I could swap or take myself off. Idk if the company blocked these features or if the app has glitches. All I know is that this does not function as advertised. What is the point of an app if you have to do everything on their website (webstation)?Show lessSq86

This app is slow and the log in every time you close out is ridiculously slow! I don’t like the app at all. Needs some major work and updating. I put in my preferences and it doesn’t save them. Very frustrating app.bridubs89

Absolutely wonderful tool to have you can manage your time/schedule on the go off ur mobile device without having to be next to the computer.Crystalball81
Great App
This is a really great app, but there’s some very minor tweaks that can be made to make it even better!
1. Allow For days off to be taken in advanced. (Weeks and months)
-I tried to take off a couple weeks in advanced and the app doesn’t give me the option to even select the day. It was only a few days out of my already scheduled weeks and it wouldn’t let me.
2. Requiring some type of biometric identification before actually opening up the schedule. Anyone can get into my phone and get on the app and mess with my schedule. If there is a Face ID or Fingerprint ID Required then that would protect my schedule much more.
Other than those 2 things I noticed the app is gold.

The configuration that your company has enabled will depend on the number of weeks that you can see and edit for self-service functionality. On a positive note, Employee Engagement Manager now allows customers to enable the Bio-Authentication functionality within the solution. This is a new enhancement that we recently enabled with the newest version of EEM. Super convenient and intuitive when the app actually works, which is about 30% of the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall it at least every other day because it won’t show me my schedule when I know I work, boots me when I try to see schedule change opportunities, or won’t let me progress past the loading screen.Show lesstaylorbreann
Good not great
Not able to request PTO through the app. Maybe it’s a single user issue but I just cannot figure out how to request vacation through the appEarliest lemur
Convenient
I like it for its convenience, you can use it versus calling the attendance line, because who wants to talk when they aren’t feeling well even if it is to automation. Also very convenient to have at your fingertips for those days you need a schedule reminder! Only thing is I wish it would keep me logged in.Show lessLB1*%

It would be a lot easier if they would keep you logged in having to login twice every single time it’s really annoying and inconvenient.
Also the delay from when you get the notification about VTO and when it is actually posted is extremely annoying I’m getting notifications up to 45 minutes after VTO has been posted and not getting any VTOShow lessbashpop

It’s okay
This app is great except for the fact that you have to double log in every single time you want to enter the app. My work releases small amounts of VTO at a time, and by the time you are actually able to log into the app, it’s completely gone. Its pretty useless to be notified when VTO will be posted if you can’t enter the app in time to take it.Show lessSoulSurfer201
