I love having my work schedule in the palm of hand! Especially when making lunch plans, shift moves - I love that I can do things myself without having to go through management.
My only wish is that it had the same features as the desktop NICE so I could view Time Off Manager and be able to see my vacation hours and personal hours remainingShow lesstaaylordee

I like the convenience of having my schedule at my fingertips. I really hate that I have to enter my log in information every time and that it won’t save which system I’m trying to use, my company has three systems to choose. I would give it five stars if it had a “remember me” option to save passwords and just stayed logged in. My schedule changes frequently so I check NICE several times through the day and it would be beneficial to stay logged in all day.Show lessKeep me logged in!

Literally NEVER works. The worst application I have ever used. It constantly causes me to miss out on time off when needed due to the worst serves imaginable. I can’t believe any employer would think this is an ok system to use and I hope my employer leaves immediately. They have had issues since I started here and the “fixes” last maybe 2 days. Riddled with bugs
Slow and inadequate. What a joke. My company is moving to in house software products, hopefully this one of the first they get rid of. The vendor should be ashamed at how crappy this app is.Robbie701

There are many functions that are on the verge of greatness with this app but in the current format it is slow and redundant. The drop down function to select the calendar to use should have the ability to pre-populate with the users preference and allow for user name to be saved. It would be really efficient if we could save the user name password with face or touch confirmation.

Why does this app need constant maintenance?
I have had this app downloaded for about a year and half. Since then, it either does not work half the time or needs a new software update. I have to use this app every single day for work. It will allow you to check your schedule, but anything other than that. You are out of luck. I will try to submit a schedule change 49 times. And nothingShow lessCici posner

It works, but only for absence and only for the current month (unless it knows there’s only one day left this month, making absence my only choice). Hope to see rolling six-month calendar someday, as well as the time off options in the images.donnana
