Useless
Im just trying to see if im eligible to donate after international travel using their questionnaire. The app and their website cannot accomplish that simple task. There is a ton of info about “diversity” and trans blood donations and photos of different skin colors though. We all have the same red blood. Ultimately their IT department does not deliver more blood to dying patients. If i call their 1-800 number i’m sure I’ll encounter similar hurdles.Show lessMkeY234Z62
Incorrect information
First of all, I have to scroll through all my saved passwords just to find “Versiti” this is annoying at times.
Secondly, it shows iI have donated everything under “Donate Now” section. It is confusing. I guess it is showing when I am eligible to donate that type.
I do like scheduling through the app, although I cannot get the promotional stuff like gift cards, drink cozy, etc. I do not need those things, but why offer if I cannot get them?Show lessBeazer28
Cumbersome and tedious login
Trying to log into this app is terrible. So many extra steps and it never saves or stores my password. I haven’t found an option for faceID either to try to make it easier.
Frankly, just the frustration from the app alone is a strong motivating factor to destroy my will to donate my time and blood. I give my blood for free to Versiti… can I just have an easy to use app?Show lessFirehos
Kicks you out each time you exit the app
Created my account and had easy time navigating the app once I signed in. However any time you close the app or exit it, the app will log you out of your account and you have to sign back in each time you open it. Pretty inconvenientSkylineK
Ugh
This app is horrible. I have to keep resetting my password. I reset it to make my appointment, then need to reset it to fill out the questionnaire on the day of the appointment. Now it won’t even let me in. It just grays out. I can’t find a way to fill out the questionnaire online either.
I may just switch to the Red Cross or Life Source. I’m pushing the 10 gallon mark and this is just aggravating.Show lessJeanniemags

I can no longer log into the app. Using a browser works fine, but the app doesn’t any more. I deleted and reinstalled. Still didn’t work. Not sure what happened after the last update but it wasn’t an improvement.Papa Pete 2012

App wouldn’t accept password nor would it accept the reset password it sent. Not as inclined to donate blood until they fix this.
Not only this, you make me come up with a nickname that is impossible to find one that has not been used. Sorry, I won’t be responding to your urgent need for blood right now. I’ll do a local blood drive somewhere else.Show less(:($&86((,

Be patient with this app.
I was somewhat frustrated with this app when I installed it yesterday, because after I created my account and input my donor number it wouldn’t let me press any of the buttons or show me any of the information. But when I tried it again today everything had synced up and it seems to work perfectly. I won’t know if everything actually works perfectly until I can try it at the next blood drive, but so far all indications are good. So if you just installed this and are annoyed by its lack of responsiveness, just log out and try again tomorrow.Show lessLeopard723
