I cant even create an account
You choose your state, choose to login to an existing account or create an account, then can’t create one, because the “create account” button at the bottom of the page where you fill everything in, doesn't fill in. All the info is in there, the password has a number and is at least 8 characters long, but it doesnt work.Show lessAddicted6996
Frustrating
I have been trying to create an account for the ease of making appointments to donate or to find out info on my past donations and it won’t work! Today I had to keep calling to make an appointment to donate because the center was busy... the app would have totally been useful today!!#overrated
Good, but needs updated
The Versiti donor app is alright, I primarily use it to schedule future donations. However, the app itself is outdated and needs to be updated to fit the current iPhone screen dimensions (right now there are black bars at the top and bottom of the screen when using an iPhone 11), as well as overall ease of use.Show lessAustin Ballard
Useless
This app is useless. After filling in all of the required fields, I cannot click “create account.” This app is supposed to be where donors find the results of their covid antibody tests; quite a ruse to get folks to sign up for a useless system.kmgannon
I would like to donate more often
But this app and website are terrible. Every time I try to log in it tells me I have put in the wrong password. This is true ALWAYS, even when I use the password from my password saver. This is so frustrating. Every time I try to donate it literally takes hours of back and forth because when I request a new password it takes ages to receive.Show lesspinkball83

I accidentally tapped Michigan instead of Wisconsin and now there is now way to go “back” in the UI. Even after restarting the app. Are you really going to make me reinstall the app because your Ux is so horrible?VonHerwig
