So buggy, it’s useless
I’ve never encountered an app with so many problems. Many pages just load blank or incorrect data. Some of them “dead-end” (you can get stuck in some places with no Back button). This app should be rebuilt from the ground up, because I can’t find a single thing it knows how to do right.GAK82681
Poor editing/connecting
It created an account for me with all my info, I added my donor ID but for some reason it said it couldn’t connect my ID. so now I have an account that is not accurate because the ID didn’t connect and I can’t see my blood type or previous donations. It also isn’t allowing me to go in and try to reconnect my donor ID. I am now basically stuck with a dumby account.Show lesshgisiminger

New upgrade stopped illinois
I go every 3 to 4 weeks for platelets and the upgrade has stopped me from being able to use the app. I am in illinois and that is not even a valid region.Pfaffy
The update made all the difference!
The new update is great! The questionnaire now works perfectly on my iPhone and I like that I can see an actual donor card with a barcode for the staff to scan!Kalika1988
Mostly good
The app does make scheduling and answering the questions much easier. Other reviews mentioned the sizing of questions over the answer choices that need to be addressed. My biggest suggestion would be to auto fill certain fields in the health survey. Ive already signed into the app; it knows who I am and my birthday and my donor number. When I go to fill in the survey, I need to them return back to the donor screen to find my donor number so I can enter it again.Show lessTiefly
Useless
What is this app for? It’s not accepting my Donor ID that was recently mailed to me. There are no information of my previous donations, doesn’t even have my blood type. Thought once I sign up, it’ll show some information but there’s none. 🤷🏻♀️Rhȯnnie

Good, but wish I could change my address on the app. I recently moved, and thought the address would update when I recently donated, but no. Then I called twice within a week, and still no change of address. It’s frustrating. Only really good for scheduling donations.KringleRobin
