Bad service
There is an unpaid amount in the wallet, although I paid it to the driver. When I contacted her, she said that I received the amount after the trip was closed, although she was the one who asked me to get off and pay. There is no response from customer service.

Worst customer service
I had 3 orders and I just deleted my account + will not recommend to anyone because:
-High price (take the regular price with the traffic and double it you will get the prices of this app!)
-Long waiting time for any drivers to pick up the order (your order will be canceled almost 10 times before any driver pick your order! Even if your trip time is 9 minutes)
-Long waiting time for the driver to arrive (2+ hours minimum 45 minutes for the driver to arrive even if the driver is close)
-The driver wait time is very short and will cancel your order within few minutes even if you said you will show up and the app will charge you on the cancellation of the driver
-Poor app there’s no objection button on the fee or the cancellation + there’s no apple pay option you have to add your card info so you can pay
-Customer service is poor no one answers the calls and takes long time to respond via whats app 3+ hours

كيف يستخدم التطبيق موظفات غير سعوديات غير مناسبات للأسف تأتيني السائقة تسب في المرور انه عطاها مخالفة مسك جوال بالظلم وهي كل الطريق تتابع تيك توك وتراسل وكم مرة انبهها ولا تبالي غير سيارتها رائحة سجائر بشكل غير طبيعي !
اتمنى يكون فيه في التطبيق إمكانية تقييم السائق بعد فترة وليس مباشرة بعد الوصول !

Ride prices are too high compared to similar apps providing the same service. Difference is no less than 10 riyals. Please adjust your pricing and provide apple pay services.

انا اشتغلت في وصليني وحملت ركاب وحصلت على مبالغ واليوم الثاني سحبها التطبيق ولم استلم اي مبلغ من توصيلي للعملاء تكلمت مع الدعم الفني لكن لم يرد علي سوى البوت ولم اتحصل على اجابه
الاسعار مبالغ فيها
التطبيق جيد ومفيد ولكن الاسعار مبالغ فيها للمشاوير حتى القريبة جدًا + يرجى تطوير التطبيق تقنيًا اكثر
