  • It would be nice if the app worked more often

    I really did like the Nooie cameras and app when I first started using it, so much so that I decided to buy more to use throughout my house. But now I’ve found that the app just keeps crashing or not showing the cameras. This is quite annoying because it seems to happen at the worst times and honestly too often, every app has its mishaps but an app shouldn’t have weekly issues. I’m 50/50 on recommending the cameras due to the problem with the app. If I would have known about this issue with the app before hand I would have just went with another company. Overall, I do like the quality of the cameras and when the app is actually working, it’s great.

  • No longer works with Alexa

    I had this all set up and running for at least a year. For some reason Alexa seems to think that it’s no longer connected with Nooie and request me to add the skill. If you click on it within Alexa app it takes you to a Nooie page, where it already shows the Alexa logo against the connected apps. If I click on it then the Nooie app just hangs.

    If I click on the support button if the Nooie app, nothing happens.

    Frustrated.

  • Not reliable!!

    This app is completely unreliable. I use it to monitor my baby while he is in the living room. The app only works half the time.
    I’m not able to change any of the settings. Despite the fact it is connected to my Wi-Fi, and I am only a short distance away, the camera will not turn on.
    I only gave this camera two stars because when it works it does do well. But that is only 40 to 50% of the time.

  • No sound. Any fix?

    The camera is perfect. Works well and gives good picture, but recently there is no sound in the app. Even if you enable the option (the little blue speaker) there is no sound captured by the camera. The microphone works, because if you press the little mic in the app, the camera itself can produce sound, but not capture it. Unfortunately quite important especially when the kid is crying and is belly down. Sometimes is hard to understand if its just rolling around or crying.
    Any idea how we can fix it?

  • Good camera, weak app

    Cameras are good and stylish. However the app needs some work: if a camera is disabled and you go to its feed you see black rather than a simple button to enable it.
    Also the button to enable/disable cameras frequently just disappears, making it necessary to force quit the app. When it is there it's often hard to tap as the entire surrounding area goes to the camera feed when tapped (just the feed thumbnail should go there when pressed).

  • Not the greatest

    Aside from the camera randomly disconnecting at night (leading to either 1 - removing and rebooting the camera with loud noises while baby is sleeping, or 2 - let the baby sleep without having the camera actively recording), I'm now frustrated because I have been paying for the nooie cloud for months. I just paid the charge for the cloud today and suddenly I no longer have cloud access. Assuming it was a bug, I re-signed up for the cloud (another charge), and I still don't have cloud access. Money is gone, but not access. Also, the night vision will randomly shut off so I can't see anything without restarting the camera.

  • Recent Software Update

    The software has always been buggy. Over the last 6 months, it has been getting progressively better but it’s never been perfect.

    A recent software update, late June 2023 has really taken the biscuit. Every time my nominated users log in to view the camera, I get logged out and need to log back in again. This has been happening constantly for a few days now. Nothing seems to solve it. Hopefully by writing this review, the dev team can get the problem sorted!

  • Don’t waste your time with those

    the service really turned into garbage since the last update. It takes you out of the application and closes your session. In addition, your device is disconnected from the application. when you retry to connect it doesn't really work again. I worked with them for 2 years. And also the customer support is rubbish, they think that resetting it will be enough. and it is not so, the app really has serious problems. They have 0 don’t purchase.

  • A lot better but still missing…

    The app has improved so much since I first got it but I still want to ask if we can get Picture in Picture. I used it as a baby monitor and sometimes I need to use my phone for things but I can’t because if I do then I have to exit the app.. if we got Picture in Picture I would be able to do both.. please!!!

  • Easy to use

    This is my second Nooie camera and I love it. And because I already had one it was even easier to set this camera up but even the first time it was quick and easy to set up. The app works good and is easy to use. I also like that I can connect it with my Alexa and that I can connect multiple devices to it.
