App not synced with parking signs
I live in Leichhardt. On Sunday night, 7 October, it was brought to my attention by a parking inspector, that the parking signs on Short Street (which indicated that I had to pay a fee) did not marry up with the app which said that it was free parking. I was relieved because I would have otherwise been fined. Please thoroughly update all information on the app. I will be wary about using this app in future

Cost effective
You can pay for part hours if you use the pay as you use feature. Great work!

I like this. I don’t carry a wallet or cards and don’t like paper including tickets so to be able to park and pay using my phone is great - well done to all involved!

Such a good app - i have a suggestion that it would be great to link apple maps’ parked car feature so that once parked car is registered you would receive a push notification of the type of parking area you in (e.g 1P) and a prompt to pay the money. Thanks!
Efficient
Able to park by the minute to maximum hour. Fast installation, smooth updating of details. location works really well in locating parking and meter. meter number matches. payment was swift with different option (apply pay, card)
Convenient!
Please don’t remove this app. It is easy & convenient to pay this way, and you pay as you go rather than trying to figure out how much time to pre-pay for and either going under or over the time you’re there! It’s great and I wished more ticketed spaces had Park N Pay options.
Useful app, needs more availability
Very useful app and streamlined wait pay for parking. It would be better if it was available in more locations. It would also be useful to have a summary function that can be downloaded in a CSV format to submit for expenses. Otherwise very handy
Unreliable and poor customer support
I had an issue with a parking session. The app asked me to pay, took my payment yet said “payment unsuccessful”. I paid about 4 times, no resolution, same error, money left my account.
Emailed customer service through the app - no resolution. No phone number to call.
Now I can’t use the app because a perking session from one month ago is still active.
Very poor customer experience.
