Shipping is Ridiculous
First after I bought the item, once it arrives to the warehouse, they’ll give me 30 days to pay off the customs of the package and if my 30 days are up. They’ll charge me extra. So I had to combined all of my stuff in 1 so all of my stuff will be shipped then the total came to $86 and I was shaking so much after I bought the shipping to deliver to the US & my house. Omg I feel so awful ima not use Buyee anymore. Not deleting it but oh my god. I can understand why so many people complain about Buyee is mainly because Of there shipping’s.Show lessPastelChizume
Blanks out a lot
The service in itself is great along with the notifications, BUT it does have a tendency to, not so much as freeze up, but just stay on a blank white screen, that or I wouldn’t be able to click on anything and only scroll. It happens so often even when I pull the app up after a while, making me force quit just to get it working again...Show lessOmeec
Not as it once was
Recently, the thumbnails don’t load, not even after refreshing the page, logging out and even reinstalling the app,
I’ve given you another star for recently adding the gift function on items, ideal for us in the uk so we don’t pay duty on an item because I decided to buy something overseas.mattyonmars

Fabulous app! I can order certain brands and items from Japan that I normally would not be able to otherwise. Great app especially if you are into certain street fashions. The app also has access to certain skincare and makeup brands I like. It is great that you can store items and have them shipped out in a package together.Show lessKrc1992

I’ve bought few rare items via this app and it does work.
Some try to blame their ignorance to this app or judge it by the usual general challenges of the online purchases.
Of course there are shipping costs or customs or some delays or whatever.. what did you expect? Don’t be such a baby.

Easy to use for the most part
It’s easy to use for searching, purchasing, and tracking my orders, however I’m confused by the fact there’s a wish list button but I can’t see any way to add things to the wish list. Usually you just tap an icon but there’s nothing I can see. Not a world ending issue just a minor annoyance. Just missing one thing
This is a really great app for shopping on Japanese websites, the only thing it is truly missing is the app does not translate Japanese into English, like you can get on the website.Koomoa
Worth it.
Paid 200$ for 20/25 items to get shipped and the package got to Texas within a week.. including going through customs. Totally recommend this app.sanrihoeeeee
