Why rent only with Apple Pay
I find the option not to pay with another card and not with Apple pay super annoying. Great app but given that car insurance is usually handled through cards this is a non-negotiable that they need to fix.

Where do I start! Where were you when Avis😡treated me like an unloved dog!😂 I had no idea how amazing Hertz/Dollar really is! Easy terms and a smooth and simple process and boom, you’re rolling! Reasonable and no hidden fees! Avis is terrible in that that stole almost a $1000 dollars from me for things that they were responsible for! My rental was towed after a car crash and Avis didn’t retrieve it for twelve long days but drafted my account for nearly a $1000 for storage when I had no idea about until my account was negative for nearly a $1000! Hertz/Dollar does everything better and for a lot less! I will continue to rent and refer! Thanks Hertz!

Won’t let me change credit card and check in online because it reading mm/yy as yy/mm and it’s failing the authorization

Won’t add my Gold card or reservations to Apple wallet. Bit pointless without that functionality.
App unable to find cars
Whenever I use Hertz app to try to find cars at location on date required it is unable to access list of available cars. Web based site works fine but iPhone app does not

Slow and glitchy. Add to Apple Wallet does not work. Better than the old useless app, but needs improvement.
