Don’t waste your time or money
Bought the liquid screen protector for my daughters new phone and one for my watch. Registration was a nightmare! Worked on registering both products all evening and part of the next day. Looked at my app a few months later and only the product for the phone was showing, not my watch. Got in the app today to file a claim for a cracked screen and now I have “no registered products”. Contacted customer support, tried a reinstall, still nothing. Agent advised me I have no registered product(s) under my email or name. What you should really know is my watch screen is scratched quite a bit and the phone screen is broke so it’s really not a good product.Show lessDeveloper Response

I bought one of their chargers at Walmart in the clearance section. I submitted a replacement request for a new charger since this charger stopped working a few months after I purchased it. It says on the box if it stops working that you guys will fix it guaranteed. I went to sign up in the app and I took the pictures and everything was going right until it asked for a receipt. The box didn’t say anything about having to save your receipt so they didn’t approve the new cable. This company obviously never planned on sending out a new cord and just hopes that you lose your receipt so they don’t have to reimburse you. The actual charger wasn’t the best quality either and fell apart very quickly. It was falling apart long before it stopped working. It has rhinestones all over the cord and they instantly started expanding and goo started coming out.
UPDATE: developer said to email support for help and they asked me for a receipt, which was the whole reason I made this review. Thanks for absolutely nothing.Show lessDeveloper Response
