  • Don’t waste your time or money

    Bought the liquid screen protector for my daughters new phone and one for my watch. Registration was a nightmare! Worked on registering both products all evening and part of the next day. Looked at my app a few months later and only the product for the phone was showing, not my watch. Got in the app today to file a claim for a cracked screen and now I have “no registered products”. Contacted customer support, tried a reinstall, still nothing. Agent advised me I have no registered product(s) under my email or name. What you should really know is my watch screen is scratched quite a bit and the phone screen is broke so it’s really not a good product.

  • Scam

    I bought one of their chargers at Walmart in the clearance section. I submitted a replacement request for a new charger since this charger stopped working a few months after I purchased it. It says on the box if it stops working that you guys will fix it guaranteed. I went to sign up in the app and I took the pictures and everything was going right until it asked for a receipt. The box didn’t say anything about having to save your receipt so they didn’t approve the new cable. This company obviously never planned on sending out a new cord and just hopes that you lose your receipt so they don’t have to reimburse you. The actual charger wasn’t the best quality either and fell apart very quickly. It was falling apart long before it stopped working. It has rhinestones all over the cord and they instantly started expanding and goo started coming out.

    UPDATE: developer said to email support for help and they asked me for a receipt, which was the whole reason I made this review. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

    I’m 67 & disabled, & once I scanned the emblem on the package, & downloaded the app, even I was able to easily follow the directions. Taking the photo was a bit of a challenge in the mirror, but with the directions I managed. Never saw an app so well designed for use, very clear & simple, just as Verizon assured me it would be.
    Also I love the products! Had on my last phone which was dropped & thrown multiple times & suffered only tiny minor cracks to the glass shield protector.

  • Good stuff

    Free with your purchase of the item and guarantees the items screen to never break or they will pay to get it fixed atleast that’s what they say iam guessing it would take about 12 hours on the phone and 20 to 30 emails off proof about everything then about everything else again most warranties like this make it a lot of trouble to actually receive a dollar reimbursement from but you never know it might be simple and easy

  • iPhone charging cable

    Process required registering product as well as my phone and a solicitation to purchase insurance on my phone.
    A receipt photo was requested. I did not have one bc Walmart delivery did not provide. I called help # and after a bit of a wait and explanation, was given an email and name to send digital image of Walmart order to (details did not fit in one photo since this item was part of a large order).
    Am sending the photo’s, and hope this all works out.

  • Now that’s a Guarantee!!!

    The app is simple to use and set up product registration. Just installed the Safeguard screen protector on my daughter’s iPhone SE 2nd gen. So we shall see how well it holds up. But I feel confident the company has gone to great lengths in backing up their guarantee. Also the installation tray was an absolute bonus ! Got it right the first time no issues. After going through 3 failed attempts before with the other guys. Will definitely use this company’s products again in the future.

  • I’m not computer savvy

    Everything was easy, except scanning the barcode and scanning the watch serial number… And it would not take either and I had to type it in… You cannot view the picture of the serial number from the watch screen, but it was the best that I could do and I hope they except it… My actual watch was not one to choose in the box because I have a Apple Watch SE LTE 2022 so I picked Apple series 6 because it was the closest one that I could get… I hope it works… Not to user-friendly, but easy enough if it would’ve accepted the serial number and the barcode with a decent scanning process
