Very easy app to use, I put in a few short answers to the questions they had and WAHHHHLA, im covered!! I wanted to test the product so I put liquid glass on an old phone I had, and stood about 8 feet away.. I threw a good 75 mph 4 seam fastball with that phone, towards the wall.... SMACK (a very hard smack lol) and not a crack, or chip, or spidering, or ANYTHING.... let me just say that fastball was thrown so hard (a slight relief from some built up anger) I mean you probably heard it from my house itself to yours...but you probably weren’t listening for it so u missed it.. no prob, I’ll just vouch for the both of us that it was extremely fast... long story short, liquid glass is the best screen protection of our generation!! So insta-protect made a very wise business decision to partner with liquid glass, but I highly doubt I’ll need the protection after my MLB grade testing on it.. I’m one of those people who likes the feel of the screen of either my iPhone or iPad I can’t stand those “sheets” or “screen protectors” because I have had bad experiences with them so with my last couple of phones I have gotten I have been getting this liquid screen protectors. Absolutely love them. So now with this app it makes it so much more easy to register your product(s) and file any claim you may have. Easy easy!!!!! Thanks.Show lessCarman63
Best screen protector- App is fine
Seriously, each phone I have dropped and it’s landed face down. I’ve even thrown the phone a time or two and damaged the dry wall- you know just fun Saturday nights of playing throw your phone because you have nothing better to do. No damage. Not sure how the actual repair process is because it’s such a great protection and lives up to its name.Show lessname of nickery
Good product
I have come to only buying liquiel liquid glass if at all possible. I like how easy it is to apply to my screen and it doesn’t leave a film on the screen that no matter how much you buff it, it leaves smears. I also liked the fact that in general it’s easier to clean and doesn’t affect the screen sensitivity. It’s also the best way to get extra protection without having to spend a bunch extra just to cover “just in case”Show lessHappily supprised

When I bought my protection, it worked well for a while but when the screen broke one day it shattered the entire screen. I called to redeem since it had a warranty and it seemed like they would reimburse. I got it fixed at Apple and sent in the receipt to instaprotek as instructed. A couple months later I still had not received the reimbursement and they emailed me saying it was still open because they now needed a ticket from the Apple store and not just the itemized receipt. If you know Apple at all, it is a long wait to get in contact with someone so to be able to get this new receipt from them is a major time waster. I came to terms that I will not be reimbursed but will also not buy the product again nor would I recommend it to anyone else as you will sadly likely never get reimbursed.Show lessKeri Mateus

I have only registered my product but I am happy to have this available because honestly we have had 2 previous charging pads and they failed within a few days. This is nice to have for what I feel will inevitably happen in a few weeks...complete failure of the device. Fingers crossed that it’ll be different this time!Show lessstepndnbribri

In the beginning you asked for the date of purchase any photograph of the receipt which we did 20 January 2021 then at the very end they want to do confirm all the information and they have the date of purchase as the 19th which did not match. We called for assistance and they were very helpful and told us not to worry about it they will fix it on their side and they will also address this issue on the app. We’re happy with our product.Show lessmadelynrose2

I’m waiting to see if the info pertained to the completion is modified pertaining the date of purchase.
It ask to confirm the date of purchase but because it wasn’t correct I went bk & it was the one I put and on your confirm wasn’t.
I ended up on your Chat & was apologized as well as told I should go ahead and confirm even if date isn’t correct that you will correct on your end.
It’s seeming like great offer but complicates and still no confirmation takes away Fr the rating. 😰 Seriously am hoping I don’t have any more regrets. 😬😬😬Show lessDulsenaya
Worth the money
I have purchased this product for 3 devices and am glad to find some to use on the Apple Watch I just invested in. Our family uses this as a new phone comes out of the box, it has not ever failed us. After 2 years the area that is used most often on our daughter’s phone did wear a bit. We added a second treatment, she was happy as a lark. I have never needed to use the warranty though the addition of the app for registration makes that part easy peasy.Show lessSunny5131
