  • Easy to register

    The process of registration was easy, even though there are detailed steps to complete. I had trouble understanding the screen test step, but found the answer when I went to “support” on the website where the question was asked...I was not completely filling in the screen when “swiping” my finger across...I did not understand that the entire screen must be filled in. After I got past that, it was simple to complete the registration.

  • 5 Star Service for a 5 Star Product!

    Wanted protection for my investment of a device... and man this liquid glass has a 9H SAPPHIRE HARDNESS on a scale as indestructible as a diamond under pressure. The demonstration of liquid on a iPhone 6 device was vigorously banged against a corner of the table & scratched w/ keys & not a single scratch on it. The great thing is if the screen were to crack the glass is completely smooth (demonstrated device) as thee nano technology is flush & almost embedded in the glass like a special wizardry glue. Instantly sold & a great investment to protect my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Thank you, Simple Team for make an amazing revolutionary product for our expensive devices!!! (Also includes a $200 warranty for replacement glass if ever screen breaks! Highly recommend this product for all your new devices !!!

  • Liquid Glass Screen protection

    Installed Liquid Glass Screen Protection on my new phone. I have the screen protection on my issued work phone and it has protected it well. I have had water proof cases in the past and it seems dust always gets in and make the screen to appear dirty all the time. Liquid glass has been easy to clean. The App for registering was simple to use and only taken a few minutes to complete.

  • InstaProtek address issues

    I had an issue with entering my mailing address. I live right on the line between two small towns and the address finder couldn’t find my address. The same address all my shipping and mail comes by. I had to lie to it to get something to work and then edit that address to mine. I mentioned this to InstaProtek and they called me the next business day. So far I’m impressed with their customer support.

  • Registration

    I had some challenges when registering, mainly at the IMEI page and the screen test. I realized that it’s a certain pattern that works, I think for the screen test portion providing instructions on a certain pattern that would be helpful. I give 5 stars because I wrote feedback and got a personal phone call to discuss my feedback which made my feedback felt heard and that company is really aiming to improve and be better.

  • Good customer service!

    I had issues doing the screen test through the app when registering. I called to try to see what the issue was and although the screen test fixed itself as soon as the representative picked up I still expressed my concerns and he apologized and also told me how to find more information online. Later on a supervisor also followed up to get more information on my issues so that this issue could be avoided in the future for others. Great customer service!

  • Hope this doesn’t change...

    I mean, i just downloaded it for the warranty. So as long as the Liquipel works or they follow through with coverage, it is four stars. I’ll update if necessary.
    I gave four out of five because it was kinda difficult to find my watch model. It isn’t specifically listed. There are two that say the same thing and one had an image so I just went with it. After I scrolled through all of the options.

  • Ridiculous

    I was on here earlier today to write this review but saw someone else already wrote about this problem and was told to reach out to customer support to fix it. The issue being that to register one of these products you need to scan the barcode on the box and also the receipt of purchase. Considering the product was given to me as a gift along with my Apple Watch I did not have the receipt and obviously my in-laws didn’t think it overly important to save the receipt of a $10 screen protector. So I reached out to customer service and their response was I should go to the store and get a receipt, when I said I couldn’t and if that made the warranty useless their exact response was, and I quote, “yes that is correct”. What is the point of telling people to reach out to customer service if their response is just going to be “Tough luck pal”? Absolutely ridiculous.
