Easy peasy!
The liquid protection is rather a crazy concept. I have purchased the liquid glass protector, partly because of the guarantee if screen cracks, it’s peace of mind!
I had my last phone and iPad protected with liquid glass and have had protection because I never experienced any cracking for the 3 years I’ve owned my devices!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just called to have my smartwatch added to the list of devices. The representative was so professional and polite. Instead of keeping me on hold, she offered to call me back after researching the watch name and details. She promptly called me back and my watch was added. She remained on the phone as I completed the registration. I’m all set now. This was a very positive experience.

Downloaded the App, followed the instructions, and entered my info. Took maybe 2-3 minutes and now I have a little piece of mind. I’ve used this product before and it works great. I’m not super rough with my stuff especially electronics. But occasionally I’m not paying attention and bump my watch into something and there’s no scratches or dings. What they don’t tell you
Had a broken screen, I called to make a claim. I was told that the 1 year warranty had expired. I told the support center that nowhere on the package did it indicate it was only a 1 year warranty. I was told that information was contained in the terms and conditions that can be viewed at the time of registration- after the product was purchased and applied. Paid $80 for iWalk liquid glass protector (instaprotek) for a warranty that was NOT honored. Very poor communication on the terms at time of purchase. I was also told that the receipt that was uploaded at registration was not uploaded properly but was legible enough to know the purchase date. SMHShow lessPunchy5555
Liquid Glass screen Protection
Our sales vendor applied the liquid glass protector on my new iPhone. He completed cover from screen scratches, cracks or other problems. May it last many years!
I had to register for the guarantee, but even for this old lady the instructions were simple to follow. Scary & nerve wracking with jumping between Camera, Settings & the App, but I did it! Whoot!Show lesssu-per-duper

The app is very easy to use, with straightforward instructions, and an easy to follow process. Easy registration. My screen cracked when I dropped and a rock hit the screen right in the little spot between the case and the protector and cracked my screen from the bottom to the top leaving the protector untouched. That’s just bad luck. Lol. They came to my house and fixed it in their van On my property. Impressive! Now I have liquid glass and a better guarantee! Love my Verizon! <3Show lessAmber1179

I got the liquidpel screen protection as a gift for my birthday back in May, and just got around to installing and registering the product. I went to the website provided on the packaging and was then instructed to download an app instead to register the product. Followed the app link from the web page, clicked to download, and in under one minute the app was fully downloaded. The app is super easy and guides you quickly through the registration process. I was worried I wouldn't be able to register since it is over thirty days from the purchase date, but didn't encounter an issue there so that was great. I had my account setup and product registered in under three minutes!! The only suggestion I might have is an option for clients to register the product somehow if they received it as a gift and might not have the original purchase receipt which I know means people could lie about it but it was just a thought. Luckily, I didn't have an issue since my fiancé purchased it for me so I was able to get the receipt for the purchase verification. Thanks for a great product and app!!Show lessSavageCins

Buying my replacement phone and upgrading took a while, but Mason made this experience painless and interesting. He was soooo knowledge and made things seem so simple. It was a bit frustrating from the beginning. I purchased the Liquid Glass from Verizon. I ran into issues locating the Pin #. So; l called and was transferred three times. No one was able to help me. So Myself and a friend finally was able to figure it out. I’m very happy with the product. As I’ve used it before with another carrier. So lm going to rate Liquid Glass with 5*****.
