  • Complements my running 🏃‍♂️

    Used this app for a few weeks now and I can totally see progress with my running. My legs are less stiff after a long run and my pace improved. I’m doing the yoga 3-4 times a week now and had prior 0 yoga experience. Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Challenging in all the right ways...

    I love this app. I find it to be very challenging, even in the beginner sequences, I can’t even imagine what intermediate and advanced will be like.

    I’d recommend this app to anyone. It is light on spirituality (more zen than namaste), short on duration (classes average 30 minutes) and high on intensity (I workout a fair bit and still feel challenged by the condensed courses).

    It is perfect for me and perfect at its price point compared to the competitors and I look forward to more content by this group.

  • Great knowledge

    I like all of their content. I would like them to post more videos and have more options. It’d be nice to have a flexibility category of its own. Overall I enjoy using the app though.
  • Best Yet!

    I have tried a few other Yoga Apps and YouTube Channels and I keep coming back to this one. The challenge is great without being super advanced right out the gate. The best part for me is that it is concise and easy to navigate. Other platforms may have more variety but they are harder to navigate and I end up back here! Great job.

    The workouts strengthens you and are Very effective! It’s a challenge when first starting yet it so worth it! I feel amazing after each session!
  • Good to begin with

    I got the app on the quarterly deal and paid £36. I have been using for around a month and really enjoying it! Now for some reason I have been logged out and can’t get back on. The support team could be better as I have sent numerous emails and not had a reply.

    Good content but having issues hopefully can be sorted.

  • Keeps on missing

    Another review and again, four stars only (going on towards three).

    I like the app - it’s pretty and well set up. That is for the first months. Then the issues start - not enough programmes, progression engine full of bugs (it keeps on recommending the same programme or telling me it is time to go for up and suggests the beginner programme) and completed sessions don’t save.

    It was better before the update. And again, this is really not worth the money if things keep on tripping like that and with such a limited workout library.

    More and more annoyed and going back to other yoga apps I used to use, just to get variety...

  • It’s a lot of fun

    Ok right off the bat this app is pretty great, fairly good price when all said and done, good length workouts so you can fit in a routine in most days and the quality is high always feel good after a workout.
    A couple things to me that might be a sticking point to others, some routines and videos can feel like they go a little fast so just be prepared that you might miss a set of movements but hey it’s a video so just pause it complete the movement in your own time and go on. Also even the beginner stuff seems to build a lot of yoga specific strength so just a heads up if you’re fairly new it gets a lil sweaty!
    Overall I’m really enjoying it and the range of videos and more advanced content seems really in depth

  • Pretty Nice app

    i gave it a week to try it out before buying it, pretty worthy. I improved my physical and mental healthy a lot from Yoga.
  • Great app!

    Very easy to use and select a workout that’s tailored to specific muscle groups.

    Would love if they could personalize the app a little bit more (to see total workouts completed, # of times a workout has been done and progress reports on specific workouts and modules).

    & perhaps add some forums for users to discuss their experiences and tips on how to maximize the lifestyle (diet/sleep/muscle recovery/preparation)

    Otherwise I’m loving it so far and I look forward to the workouts every day.
