Sadie the Cleaning Lady!
Cannot fault our Sadie Gal. She is perfection, works better than if I were to use our stick Dyson and she hasn’t skipped a beat. Vacuum itself 10/10.
Where I’m feeling really let down is the app & the common (it seems) issue of disconnecting from wifi and then failing to reconnect. It’s been 3 days now of sifting through forums on how to fix it because so many others have the same issue. Monday today so tried calling the support line but didn’t have time to wait on hold.

Wifi connection process useless
I have tried every method to connect my S8 to the wifi. Absolutely beyond useless the instructions and the process. It fails every time, despite following every instruction and going through multiple forums for help. You should be ashamed at how awful this app is.Barclay1988
Good hoover and app
Really good only criticism is that when you put the hoover on a new floor in the house it would be nice if the hoover new it was a new floor rather than having to manually add it on the appzveushdhdhhdjdu
A husbands review
I purchased the Roborock S8 Ultra Pro. It took a little convincing my wife to except the cost of it, however the value was the key. My wife runs a retail store and is busy from morning until night. She didn’t have any time for regular floor cleaning and honestly it showed. We have hardwood floors throughout our home except for the bedroom rooms. I have the cleanest floor I’ve ever seen now everyday, even before she became busy. Best purchase of my marriage LOL, who would have thought a vacuum cleaner and mop robot would be the best gift ever. All fun aside, truly a great floor cleaner and very easy to manage. What a game changer
I rarely never write app store reviews however this product deserves one. Since having the bot for 1 month, I have not needed my handheld

Ok app buy could be a lot better
An ok app but could be vastly improved. Maybe some of the features I would like are there but it’s not intuitive. For example, I have set up some routines to run at night time everyday. However if I run a clean in the evening for whatever reason and don’t want it to run just that night, it seems I have to toggle the everyday routine off but then remember to turn it back on the next day. There is no obvious skip for one (or more) days option.
Also the room mapping editor is very limited. For example we have exterior glass doors and the robot scanned through the glass and think the outside area was part of the same room. I had to split the outside into another room and manual add a do not cross line for the doors. There is no option to delete the (outside) room from the map (which looks really messy as it’s not a block shape but the room is in the shape of rays of light emanating from where the doors are). There are a few other things I would like improved such as adding extra focus to an area on a scheduled routine rather than running the robot separately (again if this is possible, it is not intuitive in this app).Show lessArt spooner

To small on a phone to use the map thoroughly - map difficult to separate into rooms or not intuitive - due to it being so small, trying small objects to avoid is very hit and miss - maintenance issues should be easier to see.<<bigjono>>
S7 Max Amazing Helper
We have 3 dogs in a medium sized one storey home. The Roborock has proven to be a great help in keeping dog hair and wood floors looking neat throughout the week.
The best thing is that it will work in the background and is fully capable of emptying into the dust bin and cleaning the built-in mop to keep a nice sheen in the main traffic areas. It also sends any errors due to obstacles and amy malfunctions in the unit which are minimal and usually caused by a sensor becoming dusty or the bins for collection and water for mopping needing attention or emptying. We really like the intelligence of the unit and highly recommend. Well worth the investment we made for the quality of this product.Show lessbillbriggs
