Can’t cancel subscription!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. The button won’t work and I’ve emailed for support twice! Very unfortunate and frustrating ! I’ve wasted so much money.

Can’t cancel subscription!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. The button won’t work and I’ve emailed for support twice!
Very unfortunate and frustrating ! I’ve wasted so much money.

Good videos but very poor app

The videos are good and work fine, however the app consistently forgets who I am and says that I don’t have a subscription, loses track of my progress and it NEVER reminds me, despite having this set up meaning I can’t make proper use of what is a pretty expensive subscription. If you’re going to charge this much money, your app has got to be great, not clunky, hard to make full use of and frustrating.

App is unreliable

This past month the app has worked for approximately 4 days. I've requested a refund for the month and have not had a response other than an automated email saying they will get back to me. They are aware it isn't working but can't seem to fix it.

Thieves!!!

They make you sign up on their website so if you delete the app, you don’t remember that you did and then think there is no need to cancel. Then they charge you for another THREE months. When you ask for a refund, they then refuse it. Very shady business.

Won’t even start

Just downloaded the app and when I click “Get personalised course” it just keeps replaying the terms and privacy and when you click accept it doesn’t work and takes you back to the first one

Little disappointed

I got this app hoping to prevent further aging of my skin but unfortunately noticed no difference over the time I used it

Beware!

Be very careful- they will charge fees without authorisation! Very expensive! And take fees without notification. Dont download. It is not FREE!

App doesn’t even load

Purchased a 1 month trial via Instagram and the Glowbe app wouldn’t even open - just stuck on a maddening welcome popup loop. Even tried reinstalling app but no change. Avoid this app at all costs - It’s a SCAM!!!!!!!!
