A daily bath of self love

I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks now and I love how this exercises make me feel so loved and so relaxed. It is like an everyday moment of bathing in self love.

Misled & Overcharged

The exercises and videos are fantastic. I really saw dramatic improvement in only 1 session, which is kind of magic. I was feeling crummy about my appearance, my cheeks and jaw specifically. Tried these exercises at night and woke up to a much fresher looking face and lifted jawline. Was super optimistic about continuing the exercises!

Unfortunately, this app is poorly made and the subscription service feels like a scam.

I signed up for the 1 week for 6.99 trial. When my trial ended, I was charged $9.99. When I emailed Paddle (Glowbe outsources to this software reseller, making getting your money back that much more complicated— a known scam tactic), they informed me I had purchased a product called “1 week for for 6.99” for $9.99. How convenient for them.

Before the marked-up charge I even thought about subscribing for the year as the exercises are the real deal. However, there was nowhere to adjust the subscription. It doesn’t show up under my subscriptions in the App Store.

In the Glowbe app, when you click on “subscriptions” it loads a new webpage where the cancel button is greyed out, as are “trial period” and “payment data.” Whole thing feels weird and janky.

App itself often resets your progress.

It’s a no for me.

Easy self care

It was very simple to follow the directions for my first session. The narrator has a light pleasant voice, and the directions include reasons for why a movement should be made. I feel like I just took an important step in self care which has been sorely lacking.

Easy & effective

It’s only day 1 but the instructions and video demonstrations are great and mi feel refreshed and relaxed afterward.
Looking forward to seeing visible results as we go along.

Free trial at a cost??

I just downloaded the app and ant to do the trial then see, tell me why I was still charged £9.99
A refund would be extremely appreciated

It is possible that you did not check the 'Free Trial' switcher before creating the subscription, resulting in an immediate charge. DO NOT RECOMMEND

After the trail I canceled subscription and GlowBe still charged me, not once, but TWICE (Apple Pay and PayPal). I contacted and they had me go to their third party used to process payments (Paddle) which after emailing for weeks straight, are not refunding because they rather swing you along going back and forth between both parties.

After contacting again, GlowBe stated they apologize for not giving me a refund, however they’ll let me have access to the subscription I paid for… wait for this… for free… when the $60 dollars was taken out TWICE from my account. Don’t bother. They are a total scam.

Don’t do the trial! Hard to cancel!

Love the program but they definitely lied about being able to cancel the subscription easily. I did the 3 day trial then tried to cancel because while I want to use this, I can’t afford it at this time. The link loads as blank when you try to cancel. So I emailed them and got an auto-reply with instructions how to cancel but it basically gives you the run around or tells you you have to cancel your iCloud subscription which makes no sense.

Instant difference

I don’t generally write reviews, but I’m very pleased with this app upon first try. I did the anti-aging program and forehead program back to back my first night, and I honestly saw a difference after the first session. My forehead and between the eyes are my biggest issues, and it’s like I’ve massaged all the tension out of those areas so they can relax- I can SEE the difference.
