UPDATED/ This app keeps messing up

Customer service reached out to me and they were able to fix the bugs!! Now that I can use this daily without any interference, I absolutely love it. I can tell that there is a difference in my face when I am consistent with the massaging. They also have great articles to read too. If you are beauty obsessed like me, you won’t be disappointed.

I want to love this app! I really do! But i have deleted and installed this twice now and have to basically register as a new user even when I log in. Don’t know how much longer I’ll be able to tolerate.

Agree

Before and after selfies would be great addition to the app as well as a bit longer for each exercise some of them it feels like you’re rushing. Like for each day maybe have a quick one and a longer one so that if you have the time you can do the longer one and if you don’t you can do the quicker one.

Stole my money

Signed up online and decided to go through apple instead with my subscription to them. Seven minutes after signing up online, I sent a cancellation request (their policy is you need to request within 48 hours to not be charged). They emailed back saying I WOULD be charged for the month as I didn’t follow policy. I sent back screenshots of the emails and time stamps showing it had only been seven minutes (a couple emails actually) and they refused to respond or refund.

Feels heavenly

I don’t know if these do any lifting or smoothing but it feels glorious and allows for meditation and guided facial massage. I do these every morning at the start of my face cleaning using cleansing oil. Does help with puffy eyes though! One critique or maybe just a clarification; there is a duplicated move for the BACK. Is this on purpose? If so, why twice?

AVOID: they’ll charge you even if you cancel

I cancelled before the end of the free trial, yet was still charged £50, and a month on I haven’t heard a word from support despite multiple emails and reaching out on Instagram DMs. I’m appalled.

struggling with my skin as a man, I am finding that I can do this on my own and look and feel so much better taking such good care and loving my face rather than just letting it be and hating it, its about loving and caring for your skin and you can see the results instantly

Easy but unsure how much pressure to apply

I just did my first session, it was simple and easy to understand. My skin isn’t as firm as the person giving the demonstration so there were some movements that stretched my skin depending on the pressure, leaving me wondering if I’m doing it right. It’s unclear how much pressure should be applied during these exercises.

Impression after first session

I downloaded this app on day 2 of a bad headache after a poor night of sleep. The massage helped relieve the significant tension in face and neck brought on by the headache (or is it the other way around) and my forehead looked notably smoother when done. Impressed.

Very nice, relaxing and stretching.

Honestly I tried at least 2 more apps so far and my face muscles needed massages after all the previous exercises for the day. So the types of exercises of this app here were very welcome. They are unique and helpful. Possibly, there could be a choice of speed for each exercise? And choice of length of time spent on it? I’d find that helpful.

Great self care moment

I am loving this app so much. It makes me excited to do my skin care and take 10-15 minutes just taking care of my skin & myself. Feels amazing and I am already seeing a difference in puffiness.
