Great for Jaw Pain

Wonderful app for jaw pain caused by clenching! It’s a lovely nightly practice.

My major qualm is that I wish that there was an option to turn off the “anti aging benefits” talk. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I just want to relax and enjoy the sensation when I’m giving myself a massage or doing yoga, I don’t want to think about if I have jowls or a double chin and if I’m aging prematurely and that death surely will come to us all and what will my jaw line look like when my number is called? Just let me enjoy my mfing massage without thinking of this flesh prison. Please.

Easy to follow-Felt results immediately.

Easy to follow instructions. The movements are not too complex or confusing and after just one 12 minute exercise I could feel a difference, my face and neck felt relaxed, I felt relaxed and stress free and I actually felt like this is something I could do everyday because I felt results.

Do not subscribe! Will charge after you cancel!

I subscribed to this app for the trial and attempted to cancel after I decided it wasn’t for me. Apple was great and refunded me. However, Glowbe then charged me for the subscription after. I don’t have access to the app and have been charged $60 which I never approved of. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! They are NOT honest. I am out $60 and cannot use the app. They repeatedly tell me to cancel through apple as they have no access to billing however it has been canceled through apple and yet I was charged separately. I don’t have access to the app and I was charged the fee separately.

Great!

Exercises are nice and I’ve been noticing a difference the last couple of weeks I’ve been on my program!
I would love to see a wider range of models for the exercises and I would appreciate more audio cues when switching sides or directions. Sometimes the model will switch sides but there’s no audio cue so you have to make sure you’re watching the screen the whole time.

Love it, but wish it had an additional feature (forgive me if it is available it I am unaware)

Great guidance and instructions. Clear and visual. I just wish I could have saved particular videos that prefer above the others. Other than that I am super grateful I have invested in myself a program that is relaxing and encourages me a few moments to myself everyday.

Poor communication and technical issues

I purchased the subscription for this and was unable to access content suddenly. The communication from the support dept has been lacking and extremely slow. I’ve now requested a refund 3 times. The content itself is great and would have liked to continue to use the app had I been able to login / receive timely support on the issue.

Faulty app

I purchased a 3 months subscription, as I really enjoyed my 3 free days content. However, the app keeps asking me to purchase again to see content for day 4, even though I have already paid. I have contacted them for assistance and they gave me a code, but the same thing happened on day 4. I have asked for a refund multiple times, but they do not reply. I have spent hours trying to fix this as it cost me $80 Australian dollars, and I am fed up and so frustrated. I would love to use it but can’t, and I feel completely ripped off. Scam?

I love this app! I downloaded it with the intention of deleting after the free trial ended but here I am… loving the exercises. Been doing yoga for over a decade and this adds to my self care toolkit. Very simple to use and follow. Wish there was more breathing incorporated and maybe affirmations to tone not only the face muscles, but thought patterns, too!
