Great content-terrible customer service
However, I have had some technical issues and was charged $60 then lost access to my personal course. I have emailed “customer support” numerous times with no reply. It seems like they respond to reviews so I’m hoping this will get their attention and I can get it figured out.
Like another review mentioned, the pricing is very confusing. It was advertised as $60 every two months which is incredibly exorbitant but now the app wants to charge me $60 a year which I can handle. But I do not want to pay another $60 when I already paid that and lost access one day later. I feel like they stole $60 from me.
