Great product, terrible app
That being said, this has to be one of if not the most poorly designed app I’ve ever used. It’s EXTREMELY buggy and glitchy. It will reset your progress randomly after hundred day streaks and randomly log you out (oftentimes making it impossible to log back in) making you wait for days on end to even be able to use the product you’re paying for - which is even more frustrating considering you have to complete the current day you’re on to unlock the next day and eventually the next week. I’ve contacted support too many times and they are negligent at best as these problems continue to occur. They really do nothing for you.
Again, great program - but the app is absolutely not worth the money. You’re probably better off subscribing for a short amount of time and copying down the exercises for yourself.

THIS COMPANY PREYS ON YOUR FORGETFULNESS TO ROPE YOU INTO PAYING A LUDICROUS AMOUNT UPFRONT BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO KEEP PEOPLE SUBSCRIBED FOR A FULL MONTH TO GET THEIR $40.
You think you’re getting a good deal on an expensive product… but you’re being tricked into paying more upfront for something that’s not that valuable. Maybe it is valuable content… but I didn’t have the chance to try it for very long to decide for myself.
I get it, I’m a sucker. You’re welcome, Glowbe. It’s my fault I didn’t cancel in time… but if your product was actually valuable enough you wouldn’t have to trick people with a manipulative trial offer.

Zero stars for zero support
I bought 2 Months access in November and did not want auto renewal once I saw that the new annual price is the same price as what I paid for 2 months.
Once I cancelled auto renewal, I have been unable to access the content even though my two months access time have not expired.
There is no contact email for CS. I have messaged Glowbe’s accounts on FB & IG multiple times - with zero response.
So - let the buyer beware.
