Slow & Buggy
This app is not helpful at all. The screens do not load, the app constantly switches between resorts, does not let you book anything, and when a screen finally does stop loading, the page is blank. It’s basically useless. Latest version, iPhone 11.
We haven’t even been there yet and we are already upset
We cannot access the app for two of the travelers in our party. We have spent about 12 hours total trying to get our names correct on the reservation, get the app, complete the health forms, etc. This is supposed to be a luxury experience, but it has been very difficult to get registered and confirmation for various activities. And we are palace resort members.

App Bug, 411 for developers
When attempting to complete Pre-Check In, I’m able to complete everything for my guest as designed (birthday, country, passport photos, emergency contact, etc.), but when attempting to enter info for the “Main Guest”, the first screen to enter birthday and country is as far as it will go before the app completely crashes and shuts down. I’ve tried repeatedly and get the same results every time.

Everything about LeBlanc
It’s always wonderful to come back, although this time I found it very crowded, especially at the beach. Being a Diamond member, we are privileged to have Henry taking care of us on the beach. But then, you have non members getting right in front of you. Not pleasant, but out of our control. My favourite will always remain the Terrazza; the view is spectacular. Starting our day there with breakfast is the perfect way of taking it all in. Roger, our DC, is of course indispensable. Henry at the beach makes sure we always have a place to sit. Unfortunately Diamond members have access to the cabana’s and canopies so everyone else gets in front of them. If I would have to find one thing wrong with LeBlanc it would be the obstructing views at the beach with the so many chairs in front of our canopy. The quiet pool by the lagoon is so comforting in the late afternoon and a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Love LeBlanc

App crashes
Whenever I try to pull up my pre arrival info or allergy card the app crashes. My wife’s data in the guest position works fine

Great vacation at le Blanc Cabos the most wonderful vacation and great service
Room service food
The selection was great but food and coffee was Luke warm . The service to remove the table and breakfast remains were very slow at best! We removed it ourselves.

Wonderful trip
Spent 5 days 4 nights at the resort and had a wonderful relaxing experience. The staff could not be nicer and more accommodating! The facilities were immaculate and spotless . Gym had great equipment and spa was beautiful! The food was fine but as expected for an all inclusive. Would definitely come back!
