Worst app ever
This app has took money from my bank account over a week ago and still it doesn't show anything on the account that it was applied. It's as if they just took $159 out and kept it. I have called and emailed several times asking where my money is and all they do is show me a screenshot shot of what it says from their end but still have not seen it applied on the account. I want my money back no one should have to keep money for this long unless you are using it for other purposes. I want my money back now or I will be contacting an attorney and I will make sure this app never gets anymore of anyone's money ever again

Terrific customer service
I called at 8:00pm with a small issue. I wasn’t surprised when I reached their voicemail it being so late but didn’t leave a message and figured I would call back in the morning. Within the hour I received a call (and follow up text since I didn’t answer right away) from a very kind gentleman who walked me through my user error 🙃. He was so nice about it, A++ service. Guac is amazing!
I absolutely love Guac because it forces me to save which I wouldn’t have done otherwise. The best part is that unlike Acorns, I don’t lose any of my hard earned money, it just stays there until I want to transfer it to my bank account. I highly recommend this to anyone that has a hard time saving but likes to see their savings grow quickly!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
This APP is impossible to get rid of! Even if you meet all the requirements and have all the “check marks” checked required to download this app it STILL will not let you download. Trying to reach their customer service is impossible. Also, don’t listen to their lies, I have ZERO money tied up and it still will not let me delete my account! Do yourself a favor, read the back reviews, believe them and don’t download this APP.

Tipping myself on my credit card purchases!
Guac’s Auto-Tip let’s me tip myself based on ny credit card spending. I’m able to achieve my goals quickly and then they pay me to use my savings with any of their partners!
Unhelpful Customer Serice.
I misunderstood what percentage was coming from. I thought my paycheck, but it’s every amount you spend. I have closed my savings goal, and have tried to delete my account but it will not let me. There have been two withdrawals from my account, neither are showing available in the app. I’d love to have this money refunded to my account and my account closed.

Payed off my credit card
I have been using this app for 6 months and have been able to payoff my 2k credit card debt. The way you tip yourself on each purchase you make, makes it effortless. Best app to quickly payoff your debt. Highly recommend!
Not trustworthy
I had to change my bank account information. They shut down my account, did not give me back my money saved up, and kept telling me they issued a check for me. I never received the check and instead of any explanation, all they kept saying was they sent it and they would not hold my money hostage. There is no customer service number to call and talk to an actual person. Response time is horrendous. Never again

This company is very well run, great concept, and great customer service, I had a personal problem with my account because of my doing and they were there to fix it, very rapidly. If you want to save money without even knowing. Join GUAC!!!
Refund money
I canceled my account months ago because I did not like the platform after not getting my refund of the money in my account once it was closed I reached out several times to get it resolved and I have still not received my money 4 months later and now they no longer respond to emails and no phone number to call. Scam app Still has not been resolved and no other communication has been made from your team. I just want my money
