Helped prepare me for basic training!

Pro’s:
1) While the price can seem daunting there are plenty of discounts through sponsorships and for new members which make it really easy to join!

2) There are amazing trainers for anyone with any needs. Including weight training, cardio, weight loss, and other coaches/trainers.

3) custom workouts adjusted every time you do them make it easier to start working out if you’re new to the gym or fitness.

4) The support team (and my trainer) were both super quick to help, and answered anything I needed quickly and professionally!

Cons:

1) It usually takes (in my experience) roughly a week or two to get the first call with your trainer which can be annoying if you want to start immediately. However in all fairness they didn’t start my trail or billing until after the call which was nice.

Overall a great app and program that allowed me to drop a few pounds and put on all lot of muscle. Allowing me to be fit enough to ship out for basic training!

Feel empowered with my workouts

I love this app so much!!! It have a plan that is perfectly laid out for me, and I can adjust if needed, like take the weights up if I’m feeling stronger that day. I feel so empowered using it. A real person to give me feedback & cheer me on. Love that it works so well with my Apple Watch. When doing timed exercises, my watch vibrates to give me 10 second warning & then when done, it’s the best and allows my mind to not be preoccupied with keeping track of time. Is very calming to know what to do next. The videos show on my phone as examples automatically, to make my form is good. Couldn’t recommend this app enough. And I enjoy watching & reading about the exercise beforehand, so I get tips like lift through your heels, squeeze your shoulders, etc.

Life-changing

This is what is needed. A compassionate coach who gently prods me when needed and works with me to get the workouts to be doable and not too uncomfortable and threatening. I feel stronger and I’ve never been able to keep to a regular workout schedule through periods of depression or insane busyness. It been a year and though ADHD means I’ve dropped most routines out of boredom I never want to give up my copilot subscription.

Great program

This is a great program, my trainer is awesome, super understanding, kind and thoughtful. I really love having access to him and having someone to keep me accountable. Only reason i don’t give 5 stars is the app is not amazing. The PRE feedback after an exercise is very laggy when trying to select an option. Sometimes clicking around in a workout can be laggy and take a long time to update. In general it’s a rather slow app, would definitely like to see that improved. Only other complaint is i wish there was more info on proper form for more exercises, it’s pretty bare explaining how to do them properly.

Useful but bad app.

I like the fitness coaching but the app is buggy.
Once, while trying to upload a photo, it uploaded about 10 others randomly. It’s possible this was me, but also possible it was the app, in which case a pretty serious data breach. Be careful when using.

Great App and coaches

I’ve been doing this for 2 months now and it’s great for keeping me consistent with workouts. I Don’t have to think about what to do, I just show up and follow along. Jay is my coach and she’s great!

Love it and Recommend It

I have been using the app for two years and love the fact that it’s user friendly, it really motivates me to keep going and love that I have a real coach to plan sessions with, motivate me, help reach my goals 🥰🥰 I signed up and selected Coach Dante who is fanatic! Definitely worth trying.

Perfect blend of accountability and not having to leave my house

I started a trial after seeing someone on you tube say they’ve never been so consistent with a workout. I live about 35 minutes drive from the closest town and work from home, so going to the gym requires some planning. My challenge is knowing without accountability, I don’t work out. Unfortunately I can easily find more important things to do.

I have tried quite a few online workout apps but without the accountability piece the subscriptions have gone mostly to waste, only being used irregularly.

I’ve only been using copilot for a few weeks, but have so far felt excited to do my workouts (something I’ve never felt before) and haven’t missed one.

I love that I can speak to my coach whenever I like, I don’t have to show up on zoom or a call because the workout is in the app so I have some flexibility, and the workouts are tailored to exactly what I need. Highly recommend.

Room for improvement but great concept

Just what’s needed for someone who doesn’t want to go to the gym and be motivated to workout at home.

Pros
- Tailored, real time adjusted workouts which use minimal/no equipment whenever you feel like.
- Accountability
- Motivation
- progress tracking
- reduces friction to doing an effective short daily workout

Cons (minor but would make the app a lot better!)

- it would be great if the tips about each exercise could be read out loud when you start each exercise, especially for the first time. It’s clunky to stop and press the button and read whilst trying to work out what to do with your body.

- I have the feeling that the coaches have ALOT of clients each and would encourage to bosses of the app not to push this limit too much as more and more people are seeking the human element of the personalised approach and this will get lost if the coaches are overstretched with +++ number of clients and targets to reach re ratings.

For example I didn’t realise that I was rating my coach when I was rating each workout and that a 3/5 score would be negatively affecting them. From my side this was just because the workout needed a few tweaks whilst during the early calibration stages but not because the coach was bad.

I feel with the rapid evolution of AI if this human aspect isn’t given the value it deserves an AI equivalent app could easily replace this. The price point is quite high, therefore it’s my hope that the coaches are also given that status of importance - that it is this personalised aspect which is so valuable.

Great app, but wish there were different subscription options

The app itself is great, I love the functionality and the way workouts are laid out. I do however wish there was an option to use the app without a coach. Even if it was a lower cost subscription. But the way it’s designed right now is that you either pay the high price of a subscription that includes a coach, or you can’t access the app at all.
