Getting back after a long break

Took a chance on trainwell hoping it would help me get back into fitness. Was struggling after about two years of not working out. Just had a baby as well and felt like I didn’t know my body anymore. I’ve been working with the program for 20 days now and have consistently been at it. Even on rest days you can log how your body is, how you slept, and other things. They also have a military discount for anyone that’s struggling to get into/back into it.

The workouts are roughly 30 minutes, I’m sure they will get longer after I have more strength but it is a really good start.
