Convenient and easy to use

I am a huge fan of anything that takes the mental load off of me. I have been using this app for 8 months with Coach Jill and am a huge fan. I needed someone to hold me accountable in working out consistently, and this is the longest time period I have been able to do so. I mainly use copilot for strength training and can definitely feel the difference in my mental and physical health.

I love how it links to your apple watch and how you can workout at your own pace with personalized workouts. I used to do Peloton strength programs, but I wouldn't be able to keep up with the instructors. At least with copilot I can complete all my reps for an exercise without being forced to move on without finishing.

I am pretty low maintenance as a client. I think I have only done 3 calls with my coach, but you can schedule more if you need to. She is very responsive to my messages and adjusts workouts as needed.

Lastly, I love how the company is constantly improving the app based on feedback. You can tell they really care about client satisfaction. I anticipate being a long term user of Copilot

Got me back into exercise

I had got out of the habit of regular exercise Copilot resolved that. The app is easy to use could be improved sometimes the number of reps are not recorded and occasionally the sound does not work. These issues do not detract from what is an excellent app. All this would count for nothing without a good coach and mine is brilliant. Highly recommended if you want to get back into exercise

Great for accountability

Love this app. Jill is a great PT & the workouts align well to my goals.

Once I get started I don’t want to stop

It’s so much easier to get a professional to create workouts that fit you. I’m doing three a week now (start slow so your brain accepts the change) and each of them is different to keep it interesting. Can also have bonus workouts like stretches you can do at your desk but I might schedule those in. Price is very treasonable and I’ve got a poor exchange rate from Australia. It’s great to have someone to keep you accountable and it’s a lot less pressure than a public gym. I feel comfortable with the pace and I’m not near any injury, like I e done at the gym more than once and also at home when I’ve tried to curate my own workouts.

App Freezes Mid-Set

App pauses itself mid workout and the only thing you can do is click End Workout. When doesn’t allow you to complete the workout and you can’t access that workout again for the day.

Amazing App

A YouTuber had a sponsor of CoPilot and I wanted to try out and had free trial of 14 days to try out it after that you can talk to a person who works at copilot on messages to get you a great deal of %50 of your first month (got it for $50 my first month); after that month it is $99 a month!! I found my amazing coach that is matched with me and my needs and there were great to work with; also if you want to change your coach … you can !! My coach has definitely helped me great started with a great weekly workout; in which you can choose and decide what days your available to the exercises your coach has decided with your needs in exercising!!!

Motivation and Flexability

This platform has been great for getting me more interested and motivated to keep up a fitness habit. I was training with a local guy via another app but I’m so glad I switched (and the price is much better!). My coach has helped so much with making the exercises work for me and giving me “extras” to do if I’m not feeling too hot. I have fibromyalgia so some days I can only get a few minutes of bodyweight or stretching in, so she reminds me it’s normal and movement is better than nothing.
Basically, if you’re needing a coach to help motivate you and a fitness plan to keep you in shape and reach your goals, then just get this app!

Great way to get coaching for effective workouts

I’ve been meaning to get back to the gym with a more focused approach to reach my fitness goals. I have been paired with an amazing and supportive coach (Dawn) who’s been very responsive and helpful in creating a home workout program that works for me. The app syncs to my Apple Watch so I get great feedback with timing and execution.

If you’re interested in personal training, this is a great option!

Streak update

I have been consistently working out three days a week for over two months, even though it was rarely on the days scheduled. Before the update I was on a 26 day streak. Now I don't get to see that feature cause it is too rigid for someone like me. I do appreciate how quickly the option to turn off the new streak tracking system was pushed out. I wonder if I will miss having that bit of endlessly forgiving motivation. (Perhaps there could be varying levels of strictness for streaks? Or maybe if I had two freezes to start it wouldn't have been so jarring. This week was just bad timing for me. I also wonder about all of Alexis' other clients, since she's not available until the 10th to reassure ANY of us.)

Hey there! If the new streaks update isn’t for you, you can turn it off entirely in settings by toggling “consistency mode” to OFF!

This is the first time I have EVER felt bad using this app.

I am disappointed in the streak update. I like that I could shift workouts to the next morning and not break my streak if I have a migraine or other physical reason to listen to my body, as long as I get it before my next scheduled workout. I have a 26 day streak (just started phase three, newbie!) and I have a migraine tonight. I opened my app cause I got an auto notification that I've never gotten and I was greeted by an angry red-orange dot. I haven't missed my workout, I intend to do it in the morning. I've been so excited by my progress and how well I've been doing. I've never been consistent at weight lifting until now. And this just deflates me. Maybe I'll feel better about it in the morning but I don't like how it makes me feel now: Discouraged and not wanting to use this app if I feel this way. (To be clear: my trainer is wonderful. This update is not.)
