  • Customer Service feels family owned

    Where else can you get a chat support rep like Laura to respond in the app within seconds then issue a refund after you submit your odometer reading? If you need fast, convenient, insurance coverage that doesn’t bind you to a contract where you end up actually paying for mileage you DONT use. They have a forger customer including my brother. Great work Just Insure!

  • Great customer service

    I don't drive much. My work schedule is hybrid so I am either working from home or out of state and my car is more often than not parked somewhere. For me this service is perfect as it makes no sense to me to be paying hundreds a home for a vehicle I don't even use everyday. Not only is the price affordable and cost effective they also don't charge extras for other things such as brands that other companies do. Also, they not only notify me when uploads are needed they are also pretty understanding if I need a couple of days extra to submit an odometer verification etc due to not being in state and their customer team is extremely accommodating.

    The only con I had is that I had to turn off their tracking feature and rely solely on odometers as it was tracking plane rides etc but again I am not deducting a star as their customer team was pretty understanding of my situation. Honestly this company is amazing. 10/10.

  • Very Content with this Method

    I’m very pleased with everything this app/company have done to remove the middle yet still can reach out for support at any time to help me navigate with the app. My only suggestion would be to add a feature that allows me to add a second vehicle. I’ve searched through, pretty much all angles of the app and don’t see and option. So I may have to call. Which is still ok. I’m glad I’m my talking to a bot. Friend people, friendly service and very affordable. Thank you Just Insurance.

  • Great for liability insurance

    After searching through countless quotes and wasting my time I’ve found Just to be pretty fair. Make sure you submit your odometer photos on time and you’ll avoid charges. I don’t drive a ton and it saves me money especially being a 24 yo male. If you drive high miles and are untimely with your phone this isn’t the app for you but if your willing to meet them half way you can get cheap super basic liability coverage which probably won’t do anything if you get hit or hit someone else besides not being charged for non insurance but hey if you get pulled over no fines!

  • Excellent Customer Service Always

    Customer service goes above and beyond, all the time. I chose Just Insure for our car that we rarely drive. It is so much affordable for a full coverage car insurance. I definitely recommend this to parents who have teens who only use cars to drive around town and to school, and to people who do not drive a lot.

  • Take your business elsewhere !! Bad app

    Gave this insurance a shot my first problem was that I have traditional coverage on my daily driver while I drove the app charged me for every mile I drove while the car insured by just drive was sitting at home, the total of these trips was over 100 dollars talked to a supervisor multiple times and they denied giving credit or refunding. Second problem today is that they penalize you for not uploading pictures of your odometer every time they ask for it, I’ve been trying to upload picture but they’re app is crashing every time I open it and there is no other way to upload it. they made an update to fix this problem I downloaded the update and still the same problem called them and they just say that my connection is bad and I’ve tried with multiple WiFis and with my phones data. After not being able to upload picture I woke up today to close to 100 dollars of penalty for not uploading picture. Save your self time and money and just go for traditional insurance you end up paying more than double with just insure anyways!

    Hi Nbcfhnnhgcswsvbj. We're so sorry you had a bad experience. It sounds like you had a perfect storm of issues. We apologise for that. Low-mileage customers can actually expect significantly cheaper monthly costs than traditional insurance companies. However, we acknowledge that even though we give a week's notice for odometer photo submission, sometimes it's inconvenient. As a result, we will be releasing a feature where you can upload an odometer at any time later this year. Regarding the app crashing, we did have an issue at that time. Although this is rare, and we released a new version to fix the issue within a few hours, we again apologise for the inconvenience.
  • Great customer service

    I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ll do it for this app! I hate having to deal with online services or customer service most the time but with just insure it’s easy! I’ve had a lot of stuff going on lately in life and everytime I’ve needed help they’ve been there quick and efficiently! If you need a basic insurance I highly recommend just insure.

    This app used to be really good when I first used it. Until recently, the auto trip detection doesn’t work and so I had to use the button to manually track my miles so i was getting charged properly. I don’t drive very often so this was the best option for me. Now they have removed that completely and since the auto trip doesn’t work for me I’m now getting charged for all the untracked miles I have in the end. This defeats the whole purpose of the app, you’re supposed to pay AS YOU DRIVE not in a huge lump sum at the end. At that point, you may as well get regular insurance.

We are considering implementing a feature where you can upload an odometer reading at your convenience rather than every 30 days.   • Be careful

    This insurance is ok but the way the app tracks miles is a bit annoying so before there was an option to click a “start tracking” button for when you drive so the app can track your miles but now that has been discontinued in the app so the only tracking is auto detect which is ok but if you are not driving be aware the app will still charge you unless you go to the setting and turn off auto track which is annoying since you have to do that every time you are not driving. I’ve also had a problem where I had the option turned off not knowing it was the only way to track miles I was waiting for my odometer photo to verify which took over 24hrs and only after I called they told me I had the auto track option off and the miles I drove within the 24hrs of me not knowing I had the option turned off will be counted as “untracked miles” which will be overcharged for them being untracked and I was told there was nothing they could do about it a simple fix would have been to add the extra miles I drove unknowingly untracked but no I will still have to pay extra money on my next odometer photo even though I did not know about the policy change within the app. Just be careful insuring with this app because it can be tricky and any accidental mess up’s will not be fixed and you will have to deal with it.

    Hi Sxreet. Thank you for the review. We're sorry you've had a bad experience. Please don't get too hung up about the trip tracking. Focus on providing odometer readings. Regardless of what trips are tracked we will always do a tally up with the odometer of the car. This is to ensure that we are absolutely accurate in mileage and billing. If the app has tracked more miles than what the vehicle has actually driven, we'll refund you.
  • App needs improvement; insurance works for me

    I don’t drive much. I work from home, groceries are delivered. I drive down the street to my mailbox, to my sisters house sometimes & sometimes to the store. The insurance pricing is reasonable, especially for someone in my situation. Doesn’t make sense to pay $200-$400 on insurance when i only drive about 5 miles per month lol.

    I need one thing on the app to be improved though. For the most part, the app works well & is simple. But submitting odometer photos is difficult because the zoom on the in-app camera is practically useless. I can’t get my phone behind my steering wheel or angled right to get the pic. I have to stay on my side of the wheel & it always comes out distant, small and blurry.

    iPhones have great cameras but this app is worse than the original snapchat camera. They really need to fix this. Add a tap-to-focus, exposure adjustments and a further zoom. Then I can submit photos that are clear and legible. I marked stars down because I’ve mentioned this to the team in the app who said they would forward this to development team, it’s been more than a year and it’s a very simple improvement to do.
