SCAM!!
would not recommend they have taken more money then I have used. If you forget to submit your meter photo they charge you for 50 miles every day it’s late. AND will NOT refund it. I would not recommend this they also track your location 24/7. The reminders they send are awful and they will send them while you are working so you barley notice the notification and forget by the time you get in your car. They obviously know when you actually drive because they have your location all the time. Definitely would not renew my policy. Its really just a scam. The customer service people are nice when I contacted them. But obviously the owners just want to get every penny from people without forgiveness or honesty. Other people I know have said if you do get in a accident even with full coverage you won’t get any money because they are frauds. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! The only reasons to have this insurance is to not get a ticket from a cop.Show lessHhdhsheheheb

We chose the name Just because we wanted to create an insurance product that is more fair (just) than traditional insurance policies. Where you only pay for what you use and your price is set by how safely you drive. It's clear that you feel in this instance we're not achieving what we set out to do. A reminder that the reason we ask our customers to submit odometer photos is to ensure we don't under or over charge you. We know it's not always convenient to do but it is very important. Without it, we simply don't know how much you've driven and have to assume you've driven at or more than our default mileage. If you provide an odometer after these defaults are applied, we will do a tally-up and make sure that we only charge you for what you've used. If we have overcharged you, we will gladly refund you the money that is owed.Going into a wrong direction
They’re charging more every month and they’re charging for the miles you don’t drive!
Be aware of this scammers , they don’t cover anything in case of accident and then they gonna charge you more than a full coverage insurance.
They were charging me 4.5$ every day for weeks because they couldn’t read the odometer and then i told them that I can’t send them another photo because i’m out of town but they wouldn’t stop charging. EmbarrassingShow lessmichael pal eDreamsuck

It’s simple to use but don’t expect to pay less if you drive your car more than a few miles everyday. Do gig work? Ride sharing? Forget it. You’re better off with a traditional policy. The biggest issue for me was the mileage tracking system. Poor data connection? App failed to detect you were driving? When these things happened it would result in me having hundreds of untracked miles when it was time for the odometer reading, and additional costs I was not expecting. They need to start providing a device that connects to your ODB port that way the mileage tracking will always be accurate. Overall Just Insurance has some kinks to work out, but it’s a good concept overall.Show lesssirelvin

I love Just Insure!! I was previously paying $260+ a month with Progressive & i found out about this app from my brother! Its already saved me money. I will continue to tell people about this app!

One thing: I wish I had the “experimental feature” where the app connects to my Bluetooth transmitter to know when I am in my car and driving. (My brother has this feature & it seems to work pretty good for him)Show lessancas927

I don't like this insurance having an application track everywhere you go and your miles you drive I will cancel my membership my suggestion don't wast your time with TRASHPNC WHAT A JOKE

I like using the app. Luckily I haven’t had any accidents! Knock on wood. I haven’t had any run ins to any trouble so I haven’t had to interact with them to much. I have full coverage through them and enjoy the low price and the bragging rights!ky1488

Awful customer service. Awful price for coverage that amounts to only what will keep you “legal” but provides no actual benefit/insurance of anything should you have an accident. Your 1000x better off with a major like geico or something. This company is garbage on a their best day.Sir pwn

I’m so happy with Just Insurance! I pay by the mile nothing more, nothing less! And, Bailey she is so helpful! And always keeps a wonderful demeanor no matter how frustrated I may get! She make’s everything so easy!
