I don’t recommend
It’s cheap but there’s a saying you get what you pay for. Even though I’m paying money per month but getting nothing in return. Got into a hit-and-run accident totally not my fault. The car is in terrible condition and I expected having minimum coverage I wasn’t going to get any help but what’s bothering me is that they won’t even help by towing the car. Not a total to write me a $10,000 check a simple $100 tow. What I also don’t like is how they basically wasted four days of my time that I’m not gonna get back making a claim for me knowing the type of insurance I had. If you knew, why would you bother even making a claim giving me the hope at least something could be done about my car? All this insurance is good for is to keep you from getting a ticket from the cop that’s all.Show lessDavon4478
This app is all over the place
I tried this app for about a month I would say,
And they charge way more than they advertise, they charged me extra cause I didn’t have a picture to send for the miles on my car so they charged $100 and I had to pay it for some reason ? I don’t recommend this insurance it’s all messed up and all over the place !Show lesskillerfaithfish
Fair pricing and excellent customer services
I’ve been using Just Insurance for a good few months now; as someone who drives around 600 miles a month, their mid tier policy still rolled in less than the lowest minimum policy from my last company.
Their customer service is excellent; I had mistracked miles from an odometer reading, called their customer service line, and they reverified the miles and adjusted the charge over the phone in the span of a few minutes. The service rep, Amanda, was friendly and professional.
All in all, I would recommend the service to anyone who drives less frequently than average.Show lessButton Masher!

I got this insurance because I primarily take the bus or the light rail. Well, that won’t work because this app’s location services set to “always” will drain your battery flat! I will end up switching to regular insurance just because of this battery issue.Redlightgreenarrow
No complaints
No issues so far. Been using the app for six months. I only drive short a short distance to and from work and to the grocery store I’m occasionally. Only spent about $40 on insurance in six months, so obviously I’ve saved a lot of money, and that’s currently my priority.dewie34

Great Per Mile Insurance!
Customer service has been wonderful! Honestly I struggle with remembering to sign into the app to start my trip, so I wish the app could just track your miles as some do. I would still recommend 100%. Very happy! Saves a lot of money if you don’t drive a lot!MelissJanel
