  • Epic FAIL!

I am beyond disappointed with GO compared to the old Pure Barre On Demand. Where do I start? Most importantly, there is no more casting availability to your television. What is the point of doing workouts at home if you are trying to watch them on a tiny phone or tablet screen? Next problem is that they took away any organization of the classes—class length, teacher feature, muscle group, etc. Like others have said, it is just a jumbled mess now. They also seem to have done away with the majority of classes available on the old platform. Major fail. There are so many other options to choose from out there, I would think Pure Barre would be doing their best to keep customers happy. Looks like I will be looking elsewhere for a home workout platform. Such a shame, I really enjoyed Pure Barre.

  • So far so good, but room for improvement.

I really like the incorporation of milestones and goals, but it’s difficult to see an entire calendar week now. You only get a week snapshot at a time to view. Further, if you cancel a class you had previously added to your calendar, it doesn’t remove itself from the calendar.

    Update:
Schedules have been fixed, but I wish there was a way to cast or mirror on my TV—especially with GO integrating directly into the PB app. I would highly value this feature.

  • Very disappointed in GO, Terrible Customer Service

I had been using PureBarre On Demand up until recently when the system was retired for Pure Barre Go. Go seems like a large back step compared to On Demand- I can no longer filter by class length, equipment used, anything.. It seems a lot of the content that was available has been removed as well. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, I have never had such a terrible customer service experience- I have sent countless emails, called to be rerouted to a full mailboxes, sent in customer support tickets, reached out via survey on the pure barre website- you name it, and I have heard NOTHING. Despite paying for a Pure Barre On Demand subscription and linking Go to the same email- I am being asked for my credit card information again to sign up for a brand new subscription even though I have time left on my On Demand account. I can’t get in touch with anyone from the company to help me resolve this issue. I do really love the workouts, but will be turning to another provider due to the downgrade in workout selection on Go and horrible customer service.

  • Good, but Go is missing some features

The app is great for booking classes. Go, or on-demand, is much improved from the last app. It doesn’t freeze or kick me out of the system.

However, I hate how classes on Go are organized. I look for specific things like length of class (when I take at home, I pretty much only take the 45 minute classes). In the old app, I could search by time, keyword, month, teacher, etc. In this app, I have to scroll and scroll. I would like a search feature or filtering feature for the classic classes. It would also be amazing if there was a way to keep track of the classes you have watched, so that we can go through all of them without repeating.

I also would love to see Empower-inspired workouts.
